Excellent customer service...

Paid them 7k to fix over flowing pipe in yard and to re-level so that water from the house may drain properly as well as to redirect pipes from kitchen to main line so that water is no longer flowing out the side pipes.

Water is still over flowing, pipe has not been redirected from kitchen although they said they did.
Pipe in yard is not even level.

Had to spend another 1k to get a sump pump installed.

I did call them and state that we still had issues. They said they would come out on the following week. And I have not seen them since. That was 4 months ago. Read more >

Don't have them do any work that's not plumbing. Tore my wood sidewalk to the lake. Finally got that put up in the front yard to haul away. It's still sitting there. Put a ditch in the left side of property and never put rhe rock in. New walkway is no where near finished. 6 months later nothing is completed. I paid him 2/3 for part of an unfinished job. He has left my yard in a mess. Says he's coming and doesn't come. I am going to take him to court. He is not an honest man and doesn't stand by his word or work. Read more >

To be fair I would add half a star to split it down the middle but it isnt possible.There were some issues that had to be readdressed:Leak in drain left under house,threshold transition in bath,gap between shower stall base & wall panels,trim in shower stall etc.Granted they were corrected but it was a bit tedious. They where paid to fix the problems with my plumbing and replacement of water heater and did a sloppy job I have had to have them come over 10 times and still have not fixed there work properly and put in a 3rd clean out and charged me for it. And refusing to answer or return a call. Instead of hanging the plumbing as requested they took scrap to hold pipes up and I have to keep fixing all connections because they where improperly glued. Did not install shutoff valves where needed. I all my years of construction I have never seen plumbing rigged up so sad. They changed me over $2000 for some simple work if I wasn't disabled I could have done the work myself. I called to at least get refunded for the work they didn't do they told me they don't do refunds and rick Sr and Rick Jr have cursed at me for asking for a refund and told me to take them to court. First off I understand with the weather and all the busted pipes that plumbers have their hands full at the moment, we called Rick’s Plumbing to replace a shower cartridge on our house that burst on Christmas Day, we do not live there full time and we’re not on site,we contacted Rick’s on Monday the 26th explained the situation ,we had renters coming in on Thursday,sent pictures of the situation and we received a confirmation from Rick Suggs that he has purchased the replacement part and would be out later that day. I tried reaching out via phone and text to see if he made it with no response. I followed up on Tuesday once again was assured 2 separate times he would make it out on Tuesday,once again no show no response
