Super friendly, informative, and efficient. So far we’ve used him twice. First time was mattresses and carpets. Second time was carpets and our sectional couch! Each time he leaves everything is odor free and feels sooo clean! No irritating fragrances which is great for someone like me who is sensitive to smells. Just the pure smell of cleanliness. Will continue to be a repeat customer :)

I highly recommend Rick's Family Carpet Care. Our technician Steven, who is also the Owner/Operator provided us with outstanding service. Steven was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. He listened to our concerns and carpet cleaning needs and provided us with a detailed description of what he would be doing. Steven had us look at the areas he cleaned before moving on to the next area. Steven ensured we were satisfied with his work. I really appreciated Steven scheduling our appointment on such short notice. Before leaving Steven provided us with recommendations on future care and cleaning, as well as, provided us with recommendations for carpet and flooring replacement. We would definitely use the services of Rick's Family Carpet Care again. Thank you Steven!

This is the second time we have used Rick’s Family Carpet Care. Steven does a great job, always on time, fair price and he is friendly. Our carpets are fresh and clean. We highly recommend him.

I love Rick’s Family Carpet Care, Inc because he was attentive, thorough, attention to details, friendly, professional, very helpful, discounts at a reasonable rate for my square feet home! Will highly recommend Stanley to as many as I know and can!
Rick's Family Carpet Care has been cleaning our carpets for about 4 years. They are easy to work with and we are happy with the results. The price is right and we will continue to use them.

Steve was friendly, helpful, and did a great job!
Steven is the best!!! Such a hard worker and so friendly. You feel at ease having him in your home, he's careful and does a fantastic job. We won't use anyone else. 😊
