Super friendly, informative, and efficient. So far we’ve used him twice. First time was mattresses and carpets. Second time was carpets and our sectional couch! Each time he leaves everything is odor free and feels sooo clean! No irritating fragrances which is great for someone like me who is sensitive to smells. Just the pure smell of cleanliness. Will continue to be a repeat customer :)

He listened to our concerns and carpet cleaning needs and provided us with a detailed description of what he would be doing. Steven had us look at the areas he cleaned before moving on to the next area. Steven ensured we were satisfied with his work. I really appreciated Steven scheduling our appointment on such short notice. Before leaving Steven provided us with recommendations on future care and cleaning, as well as, provided us with recommendations for carpet and flooring replacement.
