We had Steve from Ricks Family Carpet Care yesterday, it was 5 areas plus 12 stairs, we were very satisfied, he did a great job and it smells so much better, the only drawback is it did overnight to dry, but the carpets are a lot cleaner and we are very satisfied, he was on time and a hard worker, we would recommend him, the pet smells seem a lot better and so far the stains are gone too.

I would call Rick's Family Carpet Care, Inc. again and again. He did everything he could to save me money by stretching carpet vs. replacing, as I had damage in area. Very professional and good pricing. I called several other shops to find out they were booked months out and or wouldn't help as it was a minor repair. Carpet looks amazing and I am very happy!

Steven did a carpet repair. Cut out an iron burn spot and replaced it with a section from inside of the closet. It turned out great. Highly recommended
