Steven Boyd of Rick’s Family Carpet Care was prompt, professional, provided a quality service.

The owner and operator, really took time cleaning, especially a chair and ottoman. The only thing that was a downer was it took so long for carpet to dry. I still would recommend to others. Felt like it was deep cleaned.

Steven provides exceptional cleaning service. He was thorough in cleaning tough stains. Steven was on time, friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable about carpet care. His tips on maintaining our carpets will serve us well especially since our carpets are 9 years old.

Steve was very responsive and professional. He kept us informed regarding arrival time and went through the process needed to return stretch our carpet. He did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend him

One of the best experiences I have had with vendors working on my house. Initially scheduled for a carpet repair. We had to do some outside the box thinking to get it repaired. Also scheduled a carpet cleaning. They were able to get out spots that Zero Rez were not able to remove. Highly recommended.
