I called Rick’s Family Carpet cleaning on a Monday and they were able to get me in the next to get my carpets cleaned! I looked at all places to get my carpets done but I really wanted to help a small business because families matter! Steven was very friendly and professional and really explained what the process was gonna be like as I have pets and I wanted to get the pet smell out! I was very impressed with the way my house smelt and my carpets looked after having them done! I will defiantly be using them again and recommend anyone I know to use them as well!

the technician was very knowledgeable about carpet and explained everything he was going to do. He did not make promises he could not keep. The carpet turned out better than he expected which wad a nice bonus.
