Ricks family carpet care was amazing! My carpet was particularly dirty as I hadn’t been living in the house for a year. There was even oil spots on the carpet from old piano wheels. Rick got all the spots off the carpet and left everything smelling great!

Steven arrived exactly when he said and gave us a 15 minute heads up. He was very knowledgeable and assessed our carpet stretching with a solution that took care of the problem easily and perfectly. I contacted Rick’s Family Carpet Care to fix a bump in our carpet. It needed to be restretched. Steve was responsive and fixed the problem right away. I couldn’t be happier with the results.
