Very friendly environment. All the of the staff is friendly and helpful. It is very busy but so organized and everything is ran in a timely fashion.

Since I have been a patient at Retina and Vitreous of Wisconsin, I have had superb treatments. The nurses and doctor make sure that the treatments are as painless as possible. They are very caring and answer all of my questions about my progress.

They make every attempt to make sure that I don't have a long wait when I come in for my appointments.

They try as much as possible to accommodate my schedule around other appointments as much as possible. I have a lot of confidence in my doctor's ability to treat my disease. When I have a problem that is not a part of his specialty, he makes sure that he refers me to the proper medical authority to address it.

The staff members are all very caring and friendly.

Everyone is great and Reggie is awesome. She makes me feel very comfortable.

During the past few months, I have consulted with the specialists at several Retina and Vitreous Centers, and recently had surgery with Dr. Cousso in attendance. I am now on the path to restoration of vision, which I attribute to the consummate skill and knowledge of Dr. Cousso. My experience at St. Luke’s Medical Center attests to a support team of medics who provided skilled comfort during my entire time in their care.
The impressive academic credentials of Dr. Cousso and Dr. Shaw are matched with collegiality and mutual respect. They both communicate intricate procedures in accessible language. Impairment or even loss of vision is a daunting prospect. This Center offers solutions that position it as a premier eye clinic in the state of Wisconsin.

The staff has always been precise in what they fo along with being caring and patient.

My mom was referred to Dr. Tosi for eye injections. She is 97 years old and hardly has any of her vision left. She is always treated kindly and gently and everything was explained before any procedure. This has taken away so much of her anxiety when she comes to the appointments. Dr. Tosi is an excellent surgeon! I felt comfortable with the surgical team and like that the surgery took place near a hospital, but outside of it. My good vision is being restored and I am most grateful. Thank you to all involved!

Dr. Tosi and his staff are very good at what they do as well as efficient. No one likes getting a shot in their eye, but their office makes it painless.

I had to get a new Dr after Dr Raja moved on to Boston and I wish him all the best I will miss him, but now I have Dr.Razek Coussa who is at the Mequon Seton Prof.Building, who is wonderful. Thank you for coming to Mequon. Mary!

The people working there were all very friendly and very good at their jobs. I felt welcomed and was put at ease by their actions. The doctor was very friendly as well and very professional. He answered my questions and explained things that even I could understand. I thank everyone there for making my visit very pleasant and helped me to relax.

I felt very comfortable with Dr Shaw and his staff. Like meeting old friends and I felt completely at ease. Dr Shaw explained everything very clearly. I highly recommend this office!
