Had an emergency with my right eye. My regular Optometrist could not identify the problem. He called Dr. Lincoln Shaw and got me in to see him within hours. He was able to help me avoid my eye issue. Fantastic service. Everyone associated with Retina and Vitreous Specialist were great. Thank you. Of course I haven’t received a bill yet.

Office environment was clean and pleasant. Everyone that I had contact with starting at the front desk to the techs to the doctor was pleasant and friendly. Dr. Shaw explained what was going on and how to treat it and took his time to answer my questions.

The Dr's and staff were very friendly, kept me informed during the whole process. They also wanted to make sure that what they did was taken care of. I was more than impressed. Thank you!

They restored husband's sight in one eye and check an eye of mine yearly the staff is so friendly and so is the doctor! Not much waiting either.

The staff is excellent everybody is very kind and caring I think the lights in the building could be a little less cuz your eyes are dilated and is kind of weird

I was so frightened but they all made me calm. Dr Shaw goes beyond what would be expected. I felt like my son was taking care of me.

Everything went smoothly during my visit. When things move along. eliminating useless wait times which only clogs up the waiting room as new patients continue to come in for their appointments. And causes crowded conditions in the waiting room. Good job this time.

This practice has provided my retina care for more than a decade. Dr. Shaw took over my care in 2023. He is competent, skilled and listens to the patients concerns. It was refreshing to experience some long term team members, as the OCT technician, who are also skilled in their areas.
