Mayfair Rd. location is a nice office. It was my first time visit. The staff is friendly and I never felt uncomfortable. I saw Dr. Elwood who was very nice and answered all my questions. I have every confidence in him.

They worked with me to have a closer location to see my husband Richard. This was so helpful cause he couldn't see and I had to drive him and wheelchair him into building. The lady who took off his patch and gave his drops was extremely nice and considerate. She got him in back right away to see doctor Shaw cause he was in so much pain with his eye .Doctor Shaw was a very nice doctor. Would recommend him. Extremely nice we have in the past now dealt with 3 different doctors there. Don't have any complaints about any of them

I greatly appreciate the work of Dr. Shaw and his team of nurses, technicians, medical assistants, and office staff. Late one afternoon at an eye appointment with my ophthalmologist, I was found to have a retinal tear. My ophthalmologist's office contacted the Retina & Vitreous Consultants of Wisconsin, and, by morning, Dr. Shaw and his team were at work assessing the situation and performing a laser retinoplexy. Dr. Shaw saved me from having a retinal detachment, which would have resulted in vision loss. The nurse that tended to me was a wonderful person, who helped and encouraged me when I was feeling a bit lightheaded and faint for a little while after the procedure. Since that time, I have been fully functional and able to carry on my daily responsibilities, as well as to appreciate the beauty in this world. everyone one there , the entire staff, and they are many are so kind and always pleasant. I plan to switch to germantown , wi when it opens however since it is only 3 miles from my house and my daughter can drop me off and avoid the long wait, and pick me up . plus easier to drive to, especially in winter

Retina & Vitreous Consultants of Wisconsin has been a great experience. The staff are efficient, knowledgable, caring and make for very pleasant experience. I have been surprised at how efficiently you are moved through the different areas of the visit. And each person is very professional, yet with a concern for your well-being. It is obvious that the staff enjoy their professions. Everyone is open to taking the time to listen, yet, it never seems rushed. There is obviously a systematic approach to getting everything done. It is a great team effort that I truly appreciate at each of my appointments.

I am grateful that I had my vitrectomy surgery because now my left eye's vision has improved.

Everyone at the clinic is welcoming & efficient. I know that Dr. Shaw is very busy, but he is always available for questions. He makes getting an eye injection a quick & relatively painless process. I highly recommend the practice.
