I came in, presented ID and insurance information, and the assessment team started their work in preparation to see Dr. Shaw. Each person I interacted with was so welcoming and professional. My experience with Retina and Vitreous Consultants of Wisconsin was fantastic!!!! Their office runs like a well oiled machine, very organized, smooth, and you do not wait long. Dr. Shaw is wonderful, excellent bedside manner, explains everything, all of the staff in the office are extremely helpful, I am so glad to have him for a physician, and consider myself lucky!!!!!

Dr Shaw and the entire support team are exceptional!! Knowledgeable, caring, answered all of my questions, and helped me feel comfortable despite being anxious about my condition.
