Very welcoming office

Staff and doctor very friendly and thorough. Went over details very well.

Four months ago I had my first appointment with Dr. Coussa for a problem I had with
blood leaking into the vitreous gel in my left eye. This visit was for a second opinion as I basically gave up hope after seeing an eye specialist that I’ve seen weeks earlier. Dr. Coussa convinced me that it is repairable with a procedure called a vitrectomy. I saw Dr. Coussa on a Friday and had surgery on the following Monday, everything went smoothly, had a check up a week later and was given the ok to go hunting out of town for the next 5 weeks. Dr. Coussa was very accommodating with my busy schedule. I just had a visit with him and everything looks perfect. Thanks to Dr. Coussa and his excellent team

I am at very high risk for retinal detachment. I did have a retinal tear and Dr Coussa and his team were able to repair easily. They made me very comfortable and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend using them

Dr. Coussa is very knowledgeable about my condition. He also has a good sense of humor which makes me more at ease.

The professionals did a great diagnosis on one of my eyes. The swelling and almost no vision in one eye had progressed over time. With the needed testing, they discovered the cause and are now giving me shots in the eye to reduce the swelling. After the first shot, I saw a bit of improvement. It gave me my hope back. Thanks!

Dr Shaw and staff have all been great. What started out as an emergency led me to Dr Shaw who has taken exceptional care of both of my eyes. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He answers all of my questions and has been forthcoming regarding outcomes and expectations so I am informed with every step. I wouldn’t trust my retinas to anyone else. The staff is always friendly, knowing my name before I even check in and are efficient at each appointment. Wonderful office, would never go anywhere else.
