The staff was friendly, efficient and professional.

Dr. Shaw is a very patient person. He explains everything and has no problem answering any questions. Katie, his nurse, is as excellent! All of the techs are knowledgeable and the front desk people are friendly and thorough.

A bit of a wait, 15 minutes, because it is a very busy office. I came to my second follow up appointment with questions in hand to ask Dr. Coussa. Not only did he answer all my questions, but he did it in a professional way easy for a layman to understand.

They were referred by my doctor for a possible retina detachment on a Thursday. Had a consult with them on Friday. They confirmed it and Doctor Razek Coussa preformed the surgery. He and his team explained everything and answered all my questions.

Eighteen months ago I was diagnosed with WMD. At the time of diagnosis I had no clear vision in one eye and was unable to read anything with the bad eye making every day tasks like driving and working on a computer very difficult. I was crushed as I was just 54 years old. Fast forward to today, 8 injections later and I have regained all of my vision and have virtually zero effects from the WMD. I am very certain that I am on the extreme end of the success spectrum probably due to early diagnosis and that expectations need to be realistic however I am now able to discontinue the injections with exams every 4 months. Lastly, in the case of these "injections", I can tell you that verb is a little mis leading. I have had 8 shots and the shots are more like a rogue eyelash scratching your eye. It was very busy when I arrived. But the staff were friendly, professional, and kind.
I had a torn retina so Dr. Shaw performed a laser treatment which took less than five minutes. I was reassured that it was taken care of. Great experience
