I have been treated by Dr. Tosi and his team in Waukesha for several years for a retinal vein occlusion. First, his team is personable, professional, and efficient. They process a lot of patients, and beyond me, they exhibit the same high level care for all. Dr. Tosi is also professional and efficient and answers questions with appropriate detail and thoroughness. Also, with insurance plans that change every year, billing rep Sharon has helped me proactively and post claim. She has initiated preauthorizations and appeals on my behalf. All in all, I would rate Dr.Tosi and team at the top of my healthcare experiences.
