After dealing with a very frustrating experience with a previous company, this restoration team was an absolute relief. They redid everything — walls, carpet, baseboards, painting, and the ceiling — after water damage, and they did it right. Not only was the quality of work excellent, but they completed the job in about one-tenth of the time it took the prior company. Every person I interacted with was professional, kind, and respectful, which made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m incredibly grateful for such a positive, seamless experience after a negative one, and I would absolutely use them again.

We had a bad leak that was beginning to create damage to our bathroom floors and RC was able to mitigate everything and help us work with our insurance. They were great to work with and were very efficient and helpful throughout the process. The work was done with great care and in a timely manner. Highly recommend working with RC.

He set clear expectations and kept me informed in every step of the process. He was fantastic at communicating with my insurance company and his experience shined! He believes in quality and it shows in his attention to detail. I would highly recommend and should I need his expertise again, he is the first person I would call!
