Quality experience with R1. Very fast turnaround between initial inspection/estimate and the work being done. Fast and efficient and they worked with the budget. Answered all questions and concerns(I had many) without any annoyance or hesitation. Special shout out to Teia and Marquan for the job they did today. I would recommend them for your needs.

Services" was also in my house for other job, someone from these two companies stolen Nintendo switch worth $300. So just watch out.

I service was good, but they accidentally took one of my extension cords from the basement and I haven’t been able to get it back. Which is why I give them four stars. I still want my extension cord.

Ceiling repair after HVAC technician broke through ceiling tiles,

Purchased a new home with obvious mold. Had one company come out to quote and it was outrageous! I thought I was out of luck until I found Restoration 1. They came out immediately and were right in my budget. They cleaned out the air ducts, removed and treated mold, and gave me peace of mind. Ken and his team were fantastic!!

Restoration 1 was the quickest restoration company to come out. Not only did they show up the same day, but they also were fairly priced. The technicians were so friendly and educated me on what I needed to have done before they did any work. They also recommended services that I didn't know I could have done by a restoration company. You can tell they really care about their customers and want to help you. I will definitely be using them for any future needs as well as recommending them to my friends!
