I had a flood from a fridge water line a few months ago. They responded quickly when I reported the problem. I was assured that this was a family company and that they'd take care of me. They resolved the problem, but they were very unresponsive to phone calls, email, etc. They left dehumidifiers / fans running for several days before coming to check to see that it wasn't properly drying. They were supposed to come back on a Thursday and didn't come back until Monday, and only then determined they had to remove some flooring. Meanwhile, I'm being charged per machine per day, racking up a hefty bill. They also double-charged / over-charged me for some things. For example, I was charged an hourly rate for a plumber to move the fridge, detach the line, etc. But then they also itemized each plumbing task, so I was double charged.
