I write to strongly recommend Restoration 1 of Central Maryland for its outstanding water abatement, extraction and remediation expertise, as well as it mold elimination services. I was immensely impressed by Restoration 1 and its performance and professionalism regarding my sustaining substantial water damage resulting from the unprecedented and well-documented cascading rainfall which occurred this past July 8, 2019. The literal waterfall which crashed down my exterior basement steps and through the steel exterior door overwhelmed my three internal sump pumps, and caused extensive property and structural damage to my full furnished basement, which included a home theater. While other water remediation services cited overwhelmed schedules, Restoration 1 responded within minutes of being contacted and arrived shortly before midnight, and immediately began work. They promptly deployed a team and advanced equipment to extract water, locate seepage into unseen areas, and to immediately effectuate mold prevention. Once the premises were dry, they also documented and removed water-damaged property, and identified areas needing structural repairs. Their representatives were personable, knowledgeable and professional, and always courteous and informative, and unfailingly proficient in navigating all issues relevant to water extraction, mold prevention and effectuating critical structural reconditioning. Restoration 1 is an outstanding company, who certainly encourages customer loyalty, and I commend it to anyone in need of its expertise.
