Resort Advisory Group

My experience with Resort Advisory Group has been a very positive one. My problem was a Welk Timeshare: my husband passed in 2017 and i was left with the burden of continuing payment. This, following his accident that left him a paraplegic with me as caregiver. I was hassled by Welk, with endless phone calls, harassment, and a lien in the form of a huge unpaid debt that really hurt my credit! My daughter and I found RAG after much research. We were suspicious of everyone in the field. My head was swimming, not sure about how to proceed. However RAG is trustworthy as we have seen. And they settled my case to my benefit and satisfaction. WHAT A RELIEF. They do what they say. I was in constant contact with a representative, usually the same one, who knew me and my case. I was matched with an attorney who is the BEST. I will advise it didnt happen overnight largely because of Welk's stance. I was prepared for that at our 1st meeting. But the fact is my case closed and far less painfully than I ever imagined and by caring, concerned people.
