Resort Advisory Group held our goal together over time. Covid hit, the time share company was sold, our attorney (from what we were told by non interested fourth party) downsized. Resort held firm and pointed us in the right direction.

It took a little longer than I wanted it to, but Resort Advisory Group took care of that horrible time share. Trust the process and they will deliver!

My experience with Resort Advisory Group has been a very positive one. My problem was a Welk Timeshare: my husband passed in 2017 and i was left with the burden of continuing payment. This, following his accident that left him a paraplegic with me as caregiver. Excellent service

Got ourselves in a horrible situation with Wyndham, their salespeople can make anything doable. We are in our mid 70's and we got saddled with a $2110.00 monthly payment, life of loan would have been over a quarter of a million dollars!!! RAG reviewed, coached and steered us in the correct way to get out from under the burden. Highly recommend them! Friendly professionals who talked us down from the craziness and always ALWAYS were reachable.

From beginning to timeshare cancellation, Resort Advisory Group (RAG) remained steadfast in their commitment to help people get out of unwanted timeshares. Like others we fell victim to the whole timeshare thing. Even the timeshare offered an “exit program”, but they failed to say their exit program entails contacting a timeshare brokerage company to list it for sale. Really?! But the silver lining, after we contacted RAG, they explained the entire process and got us linked up with a hard working Attorney, MXM Legal. Be prepared the road to full timeshare cancellation will take time so don’t be discouraged. In our particular case it took about 2 years, but we are extremely happy we stuck it out. RAG is staffed with professionals extremely knowledgeable about the timeshare cancellation process. We highly recommend RAG to anyone seeking to cancel a timeshare.

I began my journey November 2020. My timeshare resolution was confirmed February 2024. Although the process took longer than anticipated, the outcome was nothing but positive. The Resort Advisory Group was amazing. A team kept in contact with me the entire time. Not once was I left unaware of what was going on. I would highly recommend their services. Very well worth the wait.

Resort Advisory Group will help you get you out of the timeshares. However their lack of communication on the process is lacking. I felt they should of at least touched base once a month since this is a long process. I was very skeptical about the whole thing and thought we were going to get scammed again. They do work with a legal group and another group to ensure you do not get credit hits. Nearly 2 years and we are finally out from under the timeshare. I do have to say Stephen Bliss was a lifeline when I could not get any news. The only reason they have a 4 star is it is done.

RAG was a good company to go through and at times when the lawyers were not responsive they would reach out for me. I appreciated the occasional check ins to make sure things were progressing. I had a lot of doubts coming in but ultimately they got the job done

Completed process

Resort Advisory Group kept me informed on the actions they were taking and what I needed to do to facilitate my release from my timeshare. It took 3 years but their persistence did accomplish our goal. My case managers responded when I had questions and were always polite and encouraging. I was connected to a very knowledgeable attorney who handled my case.

It gives me great pleasure to write a letter of gratitude and thanks for the work completed by Resort Advisory Group in helping me end my timeshare contract with Hilton Timeshare Company. I was looking for an organization who could help me end my timeshare contract and came across this company. I looked at their website and fortunately was vacationing near their offices and called to see if they were available for me to visit. I made the drive, was warmly greeted and welcomed into their offices, introduced to staff and presented with their process of assisting folks who needed assistance exiting a timeshare. In the course of several months, they helped me write my proposal to exit my timeshare, held my hand to complete the paperwork and kept me updated with the work they were doing with Hilton. As good as an experience one can have if you need this type of service. Out of my “timeshare” scam; legally in less than a year.

At this point I’m not sure what our feelings are. In the beginning we were very weary of what we were getting into. Then we began feeling more confident with what we did, but then the lack of communication took place and again we felt that we were being taken advantage of again. Then at the end of our interest free payment plan, we get a very basic letter from the attorney stating that our suit against capital resorts complete and our contract with them eliminated. So before the deadline to avoid interest to UCFS, I wanted clarification from your company and never got it All we got was I run it up stairs!
