We began our journey with RAG in 2021. We were assigned at least a dozen different contact agents plus a Law firm from that point. Every time we called RAG, we were directed to another new agent who promised us results and did nothing. Eventually, around 2022/23 we received a letter from the law firm that RAG had assigned to our case that they were dropping us! We felt as though we were on our own. At that point we were even afraid to answer our land line for fear that it was Westgate, who called on an average of 2-3 times a day from various numbers. Even on Sundays!! The anxiety began to affect my health and put a strain on our marriage. My husband & I began to believe that we had been scammed. Between the lawyers, RAG, and other miscellaneous fees, we paid out approximately $9000 with no results. We did everything RAG advised us to do & reported every email, phone message, and letter from Westgate Resorts to RAG immediately. Finally in 2025 Keith McVey reached out to us and put an end to this 5 year nightmare! Keith was kind, patient, and compassionate. He took his time to explain every step to us and coached us through the many phone calls with Westgate. Keith gave us hope and assured us that he could get us the results we wanted. He communicated with us regularly through phone calls, text messages, & emails. Keith made us feel that he genuinely cared about what we were going through. He was consistent and would not quit! He put us in contact with the right people at Westgate and got us the results we were wanting in just a few short months. As far as we are concerned, Keith McVey is a miracle worker and we appreciate all the time & efforts he put in to resolve this issue for us. May God bless him!
