Resort Advisory Group kept me informed on the actions they were taking and what I needed to do to facilitate my release from my timeshare. It took 3 years but their persistence did accomplish our goal. My case managers responded when I had questions and were always polite and encouraging. I was connected to a very knowledgeable attorney who handled my case.

It gives me great pleasure to write a letter of gratitude and thanks for the work completed by Resort Advisory Group in helping me end my timeshare contract with Hilton Timeshare Company. I was looking for an organization who could help me end my timeshare contract and came across this company. I looked at their website and fortunately was vacationing near their offices and called to see if they were available for me to visit. I made the drive, was warmly greeted and welcomed into their offices, introduced to staff and presented with their process of assisting folks who needed assistance exiting a timeshare. In the course of several months, they helped me write my proposal to exit my timeshare, held my hand to complete the paperwork and kept me updated with the work they were doing with Hilton. I could not have asked for a better company and its staff to assist me in this endeavor!...

At this point I’m not sure what our feelings are. In the beginning we were very weary of what we were getting into. Then we began feeling more confident with what we did, but then the lack of communication took place and again we felt that we were being taken advantage of again. Then at the end of our interest free payment plan, we get a very basic letter from the attorney stating that our suit against capital resorts complete and our contract with them eliminated. So before the deadline to avoid interest to UCFS, I wanted clarification from your company and never got it All we got was I run it up stairs!

RAG was very professional and had a lot of knowledge. They were up front with everything that was going to happen. They even helped us with getting our credit restored and had lawyers to help as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is trying to get out of a timeshare.

It has been a place for me to ask questions regarding timeshares selling timeshares and additional information on memberships, points, etc. that have hd troubling and financial consequences. it provides a resource and sounding board for issues occurring with timeshare ownership and also provides reviews from other members concerning their vacation stays. i think it is a good feature to have each other's back due to the unforeseen risks involving timeshares.

Resort Advisory Group did everything they said they would do. I was assigned an attorney. I was told it could take up to a year or more to resolve the issue, but it was settled sooner than expected. My only concern is that I waited too long to make the effort to get out from under the burden of the never ending payments. The lies and deceits that we were told when we made our purchase were never acknowledged. The debt from the time share has been removed, all membership benefits are gone, but we still have a heavy burden of debt from trying to keep up for way too many years. The mistakes were all mine! It is wise to get out BEFORE the avalanche wipes you off the mountain!

RAG treated our resort timeshare debacle with intense attention to detail, never giving up on attacking the never ending evasive tactics of the timeshare industry. It did take over 3years to get released from our commitment probably due to court delays due to Covid but released we are!

Extremely courteous very helpful, efficient. Took my calls during the procedure and were extremely helpful. This was the way to go!

Our experience was wonderful. We were able to always get our questions answered by a real person! Everything was right up front no hidden surprises from the beginning . WE have exited the time share no longer have that thing hanging around our neck. The process was so smooth. We would have given 5 stars but in the latter part of the process there was very little communication as to the status of our release, however, RAG personnel were very polite and they did respond to our requests for information quickly. The process took longer than we expected (about 20 months), and we were getting a little concerned, however, we were assured that they would get it done, and they did, Yay!! We are so very, very thrilled that we are out of our timeshare nightmare and appreciate all RAG did to accomplish this.

Resort Advisory Group guided us thought a restructure situation - there is no way we could ever have know the correct way to ask for what we wanted - what to stress in contact with the timeshare - what NOT to say! and the whole thing went thru much faster than we would have ever anticipated. So recommend RAG - special thank you to Kimberly!

I want to first start off by saying thanks to Ella at resort advisory for always answering when I called. even if I didn’t reach her at the time of calling she always called me back and kept me updated throughout my whole process of getting rid of my timeshare with westgate smoky mountains resort. Me and my wife had our timeshare since 2017 and we signed on with resort advisory in 2020 and every step of the way Ella kept us updated with everything. It was times I got worried that her and her team wasn’t going to pull through because 2 years had passed by and we still haven’t gotten a solid

Malia Rader was very helpful with all of my questions and concerns involving my time share exit. I highly recommend calling them with your problem. They definitely will try their best to help you. DON"T WAIT CALL TODAY!!!!
