We received a free AC inspection when we moved into our new house. The service representative, Scott, was friendly, helpful, and patient with me. He showed and explained everything he was doing so I understood what had/had not been done to my 14+ year old unit. In the end I decided to go with one of their maintenance plans. Not super expensive and allows my unit to have a check up twice a year for 5 years, something that should be done in AZ anyways. There was a slight snafu with the cost in the end (I was advised one thing but it came out slightly higher in the end) but Rescue One Air took care of that quickly so it was back where the rep discussed. Happy with the service.

Rescue One is the perfect name! They were super helpful and sent me an awesome technician who saved me from freezing when my heat was blowing cold air. The biggest bonus was they charged me less then I expected which is always a shock. I know who I'll be calling if I need emergency help this summer. :)

I'm very pleased with Rescue One. They were running a promo for a free AC inspection for new homeowners which I used last week.

Their scheduling group is very professional with reminder calls the day before and a reminder call 30min-1hr before the tech arrives.

Tech Tom came out to look at our AC. He was professional and did a great job checking everything out and explaining/showing it to me. Our AC was overdue for an evap coil cleaning so I had him clean the coils and replace a capacitor that was going; their costs were reasonable compared to other places. He did a thorough job on the work and he went over and above to open our locked out circuit breaker and answering questions which I later had for him.

I would definitely recommend Rescue One to anybody and will gladly use them again for any AC needs.

Middle of the summer my AC goes out, Rescue One came out the same day and said I need a new unit. 4 bids and 4 days latter, Rescue One was the best bid I received. Two days now with the new unit and all is well. Perfect service is hard to come by, but they have it. Don't waste your days looking for bids when they'll have them beat. Thanks guys! These guys are great. I had a problem with my air, the technician came out found the problem. It was a simple capacitor he didn't try to lie to me and tell me that something really serious was wrong. I purchased a five-year maintenance plan and now I can feel secure that my air conditioner will be taking care of.

Rescue One Air is fantastic. Dean did a great job with my air conditioning unit, honest, professional and delivered 100%. Even made sure to schedule his work at same time as air duct cleaning to make sure everything ran smooth. Definitely will be referring to friends and family.

We would like to begin by saying it’s great to work with a company that truly knows it’s business and thats Rescue 1 Air. We replaced the entire HVAC system in our home and contacted mulitple contractors for the best resolution to the heating and AC issues we were having. Some parts of our home were never warm in winter and that resulted in additional heaters, in the summer the AC couldn’t keep temp due to the location of our home and multiple windows that faced the west. Scott came to the house and was able to diagnose the problem and had a solution to problems, along with pricing and a time line for the installation. All this was done in a single visit. The team at Rescue One Air demonstrate what quality service and professionalism is all about when it comes to HVAC repair. I recently had brand new duct work installed to help alleviate some hot areas in my home. All who were involved from the owner of the company (thank you Jason) to the supervisor (thank you Darren), to the contractor (thank you Brian) and installer (thank you Tuan) provided a level of service that was exemplary. I will say that after the installation, there were a few issues regarding balancing which were resolved in a timely manner. I would wholeheartedly recommend their services. Their degree of reliability, professionalism and years of experience are bar none.

Great service! One of my A/C units went out on the first 115 degree day this year. I called Rescue One and they were able to send someone almost immediately. Cory was an amazing technician, very polite and knowledgable. I would absolutely recommend Rescue One to anyone.

Our air conditioning stopped working during the hottest part of the day. My wife and our newborn twins were suffering as the temperature kept rising in the house. I called other AC companies to come out but there were no available techs at that time. Rescue One Air didn't have that problem. Prompt response to our call for service was a good first impression. The repair technician took the time to explain our problem in terms that we could understand. Fortunately he was able to fix our problem with a simple replacement part. The service technician made sure we understood it may happen again in the future and we eventually will need a new system. We were educated on various systems which would work best for our house. I deal with several quality air conditioning companies in the valley cleanin and repairing their customers ventilation and underground air return systems for the past 15 years. I called a couple of them to look at my home unit and two of them said I need repairs that would be very costly $$$, and then I called Jason he had his service tech come out and look at it and he told me that these things weren't necessary, and showed me what needed to be done at a fraction of the cost. Saved me thousands of dollars!! I ask you how many companies would do that? The other companies said I need to buy a new unit for $5000-$6000.
