We recently used Rescue One Air to install our new A/C unit. Living in Phoenix, ice cold air is non-negotiable - calling Rescue One was the right choice. The crew was on time, on point and answered my millions of questions with a smile. They called the next week to follow up and made sure we were happy with the service, that our air was blowing cold and if we had any questions on the unit. They assured us they are always available if anything creeps up. High marks to the RO team. Will recommend often!

We have had a swamp cooler in our home ever since we bought it about 16 years ago and we were miserable every summer and then I called rescue one air and Tom came out and installed the air conditioner and we're finally comfortable and cool. Tom answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. He was really funny he had us all laughing. It felt like he actually cared and took the time to get to know us. He even held our new baby boy (6 months old). Thank you so much, Tom and rescue one air. We are finally going to enjoy the summer. Bring on those high temperatures! I'm happy. Our kids are happier.
