Scott just came out to my house and I cannot be more pleased with his attention to detail and how he handled everything! He arrived right on time and explained everything to me. He made sure I knew what he was doing any why he was doing it. I will only be calling Rescue 1 Air from now on!

I had Tuan and Jose replacing a old AC unit. Very hard workers... within minutes they went to work! No grass growing under these guys! When they were done.... my kitchen was cleaner than when they came!

I have heard to nightmares when it came to AC companies so I was cautious. They were very respectful, trustworthy guys... I will never go with any other company... they sure did prove themselves! Wow!

Rescue One Air Heating and Cooling did a great job when we asked them to come out and service our AC unit. We ended up needing a new unit installed. They explained the whole process and were very thorough. The installation team was awesome and they worked quickly. I had them install a NEST thermostat rather than installing the Honeywell thermostat that came with the system.
Three weeks later, my AC kicked on but was blowing out hot air.
We called Rescue One and they came right out. They isolated the issue - my Nest thermostat failed. They installed the Honeywell thermostat (the one that I should’ve had installed with my new system) at no additional cost.

Before Rescue Air, I had a couple techs sent out from other companies that were unable to diagnose our problem. A buddy of mine referred me to RA, and they sent out Darren Jonovich. He was fast, friendly and efficient. He got the job done in one visit, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking.

Rescue One Air did a wonderful job of educating me about my air-conditioning options and advantages of different units. I was impressed that their service team has annual training with the manufactures they sale and install so their knowledge and testing equipment is complete and up to date. Darren came out to look at our 15 year old unit and carefully went over options to fix or replace. We decided to replace rathe than patch our old unit. Dean and Mike installed the new unit 4 days later. I feel everything was carefully and professionally handed. Dean spotted a hole in our duct work and rather than leaving it repaired it. Great job, very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company and their equipment if you want everything to be done right.

In March 2017 Resuce One came to my house to check my air and make sure I as ready for the summer. They now come every 6 months to maintain both my units.
Today my Tech was David S. He checked my units cleaned and inspected them for the coming up summer. He was professional, friendly and did a great job letting me know how my older units are performing for me.
I think this is a great company and highly recommend them!

My AC was bought through another company who was killing me with fees, even though it was underwarranty! I called and Scott came out! It seems the float kept getting stuck! He fixed and I haven't had an issue. Thank you Scott for the great honest work!

Thanks to Scott my air conditioner is running like a champ he cleaned my coils he dusted some things off he even went as far as calibrating my thermostat or at least I think that's what he did anyways big shout out to Scott good job man thank you so much!!!

Extremely impressed with how well and fast they worked. My A.C. hadn't been running very well for awhile and wasn't cooling the house down. Scott was able to get my A.C. up and running right away with no hassle and was very professional about the job.

Last week when it was super hot it was taking forever to cool my house. I called this company and they sent someone right out! Scott was professional, cleaned my coils, and was even making small talk with my 3 year old daughter. Air runs great now and it was very affordable! Will definitely use again if need arises. Rescue One is so awesome! We've been using them for years! Never any problems and they always are super friendly and always on time with appointments. We always recommend them to any of our friends. Being in Arizona it sucks having your air go out in the middle of the summer and it's always awesome to have someone that you trust!

One of the only honest air conditioning and heating companies in Arizona. I will definitely use them whenever they are needed. I would highly recommend them and go as far as saying that your money is best spent here than with any other AC company.

Throughout the years I've had multiple air conditioner technicians try to oversell me and under-deliver once I found rescue one I was definitely skeptical but pleasantly surprised thank you Scott you're honest and didn't try to rip me off

David came to our home for the regular unit check up service before summer. He introduced himself and explained what he was here to do and also asked if I had any questions or issues to inform him about. He did an excellent job checking everything and explained how our units work and pointed out what everything is on the unit. Very helpful and professional.

We had an issue wirh our thermostat. Davud Shugart came out and helped us program it and set it up. He also went up and checked our ac unit and repaired some leaks. He was very professional and got the job done.

We've owned our house for about three years and besides the inspection this is the first time we've had our air conditioner checked before it hits summer. David came out for a tune up. He was so friendly and was so professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he come to the door with a smile on his face he acknowledged my kids and I appreciate that. Great job!

David from Rescue One Air came out to my house the same day I called to fix my AC that wasn’t cooling my house. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. He fixed my AC in a timely manner and explained things along the way. In my 8 years of being a homeowner, I’ve never been able to recommend any service person or company as much as I can recommend them!

Dean Prentice and Mike were awesome! I can have the air on now and watch TV without adjusting the volume every time the fan turns on!!! They worked a really long day and came back on w Sunday to get me up and running.
