Great company to have your AC fix. The tech came out and his name is "Richard", he is friendly and honest. I purchased a home this year. Unfortunately our AC unit was about to give up any time. Richard explain me about my AC unit and show me pictures. I know hearing that your AC unit is no good shape and first thing you think about is money. Richard really help me out and went his ways to get me another new AC unit. I'm overwhelmed and speechless that im getting new unit next week. David was amazing to talk with. He was very detailed in his review of our entire system. He made sure he showed me what he saw and made sure I understood what was needed. While we have some decisions to make I know I have never been more informed about our system which makes me feel more confident in the decision making process.

I have had major issues with my ac unit in our first home ever bought in August of last year and had multiple people come out and rescue one air has been the best company yet. They were very honest and up front when letting me know that my unit from 2004 was finally unrepairable. Started with Darren then Austin and finally randy when we finally decided to to pull the plug on our old unit. Randy got us financed with a great company and we just had our unit installed quite quickly and that would be thanks to dean and mike for being professional and friendly. I would like to say thank you to all of the rescue one air employees and the owner for hiring such polite and professional employees. I have found a company that I will stick with for as long as I possibly can. The Brown family appreciates all you have done.

David, was there rep who came out. Amazing! Young man. Not only did he fix my ac. But took the time to explain what went wrong. And then explained it again to my wife, because she did not understand. I work for a company who has to deal with customer service every day. David truly understands the meaning of customer service. It is employees like him that make a company great.

Excellent company with excellent service! We have used No.1 Rescue since moving to Sun City West a year ago. They have provided superior service. Luckily we signed up for their service plan, so when the air conditioning went out last night at 5:30 pm, we called them and they came out first thing this morning.
They tried to fix our 13 year old Carrier unit, and then set up to install a new unit tomorrow morning. Arizona in the middle of monsoon July is miserable without cooling.
They were very thorough. Explained everything and provided nice discounts and good tips for the future. The house is now clooling off and tomorrow we will have a new more efficient unit. Thanks, David and Matt—very good care and nice people.

We are new to PHX. Our real estate agent recommended Rescue One Air. So we called them for a HVAC system check-up. David, their technician, showed up & throughly checked everything, explained what he found & made recommendations especially since our system is 20 years old. My wife and I were very impressed with David's professionalism and expertise. He was easy going, personable, and patient with our questions. David returned a couple of days later and performed the necessary repairs. Excellent customer service. Would not hesitate recommending David and Rescue One.

Ivan came to do a free a/c annual check and said one minor repair was needed. I also had another company do a free annual a/c check around the same time and they said I needed several major repairs. So one company was honest one was not. I went with the honest company Rescue One Air.

Rescue one air literally came to the rescue. I had no AC at all today. Ivan quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to repair my unit within no time. I was very impressed with his attitude even though he had to work in my attic. Thanks again!

I had rescue one air out today because one of my AC units was down. They came out same day. Ivan was the technician and was able to find the issue quickly and even educated me on how my system works. Very pleased with the service I received. I'll definitely be using them for any future AC needs.

I always get great service when I call rescue one air. Called due to a clicking noise, Ivan came out, checked the vent and even replaced both filters while he was here. He then Checked the temperature coming out of the vents to ensure it was cooling properly. As a result of having a bi-yearly service contract, today's service call was free! Thank you for keeping us cool this summer.

Ivan came out today to fix my the fan on my compressor unit. Nice guy, did a great job. No complaints whatsoever.
