Rescue One Air

We were totally rescued by Wayne. He was very knowledgeable and courteous, and he got us back up and running in no time.

Excellent service from Clayton. Changed our filters since I dont like hubby to get on ladders. He took pix of our filters and equipment and showed us with explanations. We have been with Rescue Air for 5 years. We strongly recommend them.

Very thorough, friendly. I don't love the sales pitches. I bought a new system 1 yr ago with 10 yr parts and service warranty. Shouldn't need anything for a while. Might consider that customers have chores and errands to attend to.

Axel was respectful, quick, and showed me exactly what happened. He also wore boot coverings in the house without prompting and little things like that go a long way.

Clayton was very good, professional and very kind, he’s a nice young man. He’s been in our house a couple times now and it’s always a pleasure to have him stop by and check on the AC unit. I would recommend him to come in and do service on anybody’s A/C

I got to tell you, Wayne and the last service person, Matthew did a great job. Friendly and professional.

I had service from Jacob E. Came over and was so thorough and accurate. I also had a google nest that the previous AC guy I had couldn’t figure it out and he told me it was broken. Well, Jacob said he could fix my AC and install the google nest cause he was very experienced in doing that. I was nervous given two AC prior couldn’t do it. The first guy said there was an error code and it was garbage. I bought a new one and The second guy couldn’t figure it out and said it was broken because I dont think he knew what he was doing. Jacob knew exactly what to do. He also replaced a wire that needed to be replaced a few AC guys ago. This is my number AC company, very fair prices too!

Serviceman Clayton did a great job inspecting our air system! He made a few suggestions and sent us information and pricing on other services that he suggested. No pressure, just facts. He arrived in a timely fashion and was respectful of our home and time. Highly recommend him!
