I have dealt with many service companies in the past five years, and I’m so happy to be using Rescue One Air heating and cooling for all my AC and heating needs. It is nice to know that there are still companies out there with honesty and integrity and don’t try to sell you something that you don’t need

Hector was the man of the day! Our air went out and he was out within the hour. He was up in the hot attic finding the problem within minutes and fixing the problem. He was so nice and friendly and very professional, knowing is business. Double checked other parts of the unit and making sure everything was working correctly before leaving. I totally will be referring him and this company to others.

I called and boy did they come! THAT DAY. I had called another company prior, I had a 2 day wait with a 7 hour window where I had to be around...those were my options. I called Rescue One and they were at my house 3 hours later IN SEPTEMBER. I give 5 stars for a clean courteous crew and prompt reply to my needs DEFINITELY RECOMMEND and I'm a new customer 100%

Hector was very quick, efficient and knowledgeable.

Our A/C went out in the early evening and I called after normal business hours. Hector D. called me at 11:00 p.m. and had me up and running before midnight. This is the third time I've used Rescue One and the second time Hector responded. Great company and Hector saved us from a hot, miserable night. Thank you!

My A/C went out on a Sunday around 4pm. I called my home warranty and they informed me it would take at least 24 hours to get someone out to look at it. I have a two year old at home and the current temperature in the house at the time was 96 degrees. After a few select words with the home warrant, I called Rescue One. Alex came out to my house and within two hours of making the phone call I had cold air again. Thank you guys!! I will be recommending you guys everywhere

Brandon was phenomenal. He gave us the best price and got us taken care of quickly, which is good because I’m 9 months pregnant. I will definitely be referring him to everyone I know.

Service rep was David. I had a compressor going out, he called Trane and it was under warranty. He fixed the issue. They did what they said, called before, was on-time, very professional. All good with them.

My AC blew hot on late Saturday afternoon and James was very prompt and polite in delivering excellent customer service in repairing the issue by noon Sunday. Thank you for continued outstanding service.

This last week, we came back home to find the AC was out when it was 112 degrees outside which was undoubtedly the worst time to have an outage like this! I have had maintenance plan with Rescue One for an year now, so called them immediately. It was a very busy day (understandably) but Scott from Rescue One called and asked some questions. He apologized for a busy day but promised to have another technician come in immediately. Thats when Tony showed up at my door and got to work immediately. After few minutes of quick check, he identified the root cause of the issue and everything was fixed within 15 mins ! Huge thanks to Tony and Rescue One Air for coming to our rescue on a very hot day!!

Have had Rescue One Air under contract for 5 years. They have been reliable and punctual. All their service technicians have been professional, fair and honest. I had the pleasure of dealing with “James” on our last service call.
