Hector just brought our A/C unit back to life. He was outstanding!!! With temps in triple digits, our unit wasn't performing at peak performance. After today, Rescue One Air is my official A/C Repair company.

I am a small business owner with a couple of rental properties and I have used Rescue One Air multiple times. After working with them, I will never call anyone else. Rescue One Air is very quick to respond, which is an ABSOLUTE NECESSITY in Arizona summer. They are locally owned, and are upfront with their rates, honest, and fair. I used the services of Rescue One Air, and I am very pleased and thankful. I had a smell on the house from cooking and fresh paint, so I called the company and asked what could be done to eliminate the smell? They recommended me to install the Electronic Air Purification System (Air Scrubber). The secretary walked me through step by step and the technician showed up on time and was very professional, and checked every part in my old AC unit before installing the system. Now the smell in the house has significantly improved! It even feels as if it's a little cooler. Also they gave me a professional honest opinion on my old unit and what needs to be done to prolong the life of my unit. Thanks again and I would 100% recommend their services to everyone.

Scott McFarland was the best guy we have ever had come check on our AC. I mean... WOW he went above and beyond every step of the way and was a pleasure speaking to. He came in and was as kind as can be. Even our rescue dog loved the guy! Rescue one has been a pleasure dealing with and I hope Scott comes to every appointment we have. Our heat pump went out in the middle of a remodel. We called Rescue One Air and they wasted no time arriving. Within 24 hours the unit had been diagnosed by Ryan. They recognized that we were already under a lot of stress and went the extra mile to extend their sale price on a new unit to replace the nine year old budget unit that failed us. By the end of the week a new and better unit was on the roof and running. Then as part of our remodel we needed to remove the soffit in our kitchen. That meant removing three registers and re-routing duct work and relocating new registers. Of course we called Ryan again at Rescue One because they took such good care of us. Needed my air conditioner fixed ASAP... The first place I called told me it would be costing me near $2000 and wouldn’t give a set day they were able to come out. Being home with my toddler all weekend it was too hot to just leave the problem until Monday but $2000 sounded ridiculous. Rescue One was able to come out the same day to give me an estimate at a fraction of that price and fix the problem for me in just a couple hours. Definitely a company that cares about their customers so I’ll be recommending them to anyone.

Wrote this on yelp too and I don’t normally leave reviews.. My heater wasn’t working so I called Rescue One Air via recommendation by one of my neighbors.. They sent out Ryan G and he was really helpful with explaining everything, fixed my heater without trying to get me to spend extra money and overall left a good impression. Especially since Im a new home owner I had no clue what to expect. Id recommend them to anyone and will be using them in the future :)

He was so professional and informative about the problems i was having it was easy to understand exactly what the problem was with my unit. We purchased a 5 year 'Maintenance Plan' from 'Rescue One Air Heating & Cooling' after we relocated here 2 years ago. Within this past month, we had an issue with a coil in our attic that got plugged - overflowed and came through our 19' tall living room ceiling.
After first utilizing the business our Home Warranty company authorized, who corrected 1/2 the work - we just learned today from the Serv. Mgr. Alex of Rescue One, that a coupling was installed BUT not glued. We were short term for another disasterous incident. [Ugggh] Not only did Alex repair 'their mis-hap' he also installed 2 float switches to alleviate this from occuring again.

Shane and Brandon come out and was very helpful and gave us a significant discount on the serives and parts. They were very helpful.

I have had both great and not so great interactions with Rescue One. The good news is that they do seem to care about their customers. If you have a bad interaction bring it up to them and they will do their best to make it right. My personal experience started quite rough but they are really making an effort to improve, which is all we can ask for as customers. I am leaving my review as 4 stars for now, there is still a possibility to get to 5 🌟 if they follow through on their promise to exceed the previously failed expectations.
