Great service! My technician Hector was friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy with my experience with Rescue One Air! This is a company I will definitely be using in the future. Hard to find a trustworthy Air Conditioning company in Arizona, or atleast that's been my experience, but I just found one.

Big shout out to Silas for being so patient with me over the phone during labor day weekend. He ended up being the technician that came out to look at and fix my ac unit the Tuesday after labor day. He took the time to explain what the problem was and exactly what it was going to take to fix it. He went above and beyond to make sure our unit was up and running fast and efficiently and even out up with my curious kids talking with him and interrupting us. I signed up for a 5 year contract and if all their technicians are as amazing as Silas, I know we won't be disappointed.

Shane helped us out a lot, our unit was broken and he fixed it for us. Great service.

Shane Ratcliff was our tech and he was friendly, engaging, not pushy,
knowledgable, transparent, honest and a good guy.

Moving forward when we need service from Resue One, we will request Shane to be our tech.

My one year old AC unit quit blowing cold air after a recent evening electrical storm/power surge. Called the original installer (big TV advertising outfit who says 24 hr emergency service) and was told could not come out for 24 hrs (maybe that is what 24 hr emergency service means). Although Rescue One was already booked for the busy evening they had someone out first thing in morning. Jason educated me on why the unit stopped blowing cold air and did the necessary tests confirming that there was no damage to my almost new unit. Also relieved Rescue One did not attempt to sell me some sort of pre-paid maintenance contract, like big TV advertiser does.

Shane did a great job, will be using him again. You guys better keep this guy around. Thanks

Shout out to Scotty! Came over for a routine maintenance on a new property and found and fixed a few minor issues with the previous companies installers. Super friendly and professional.

my air conditioner goes out on one of the hottest days. Ryan came out the next day, and fixed it. unfortunately, it was only temporary. I had to buy a new one. Jeff and Grant came out and it was done in about 6 hours. Ryan gave me a great price, and followed up after installation. I was impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. I highly recommend them.

Scott was an amazing tech that came out explained everything to our understanding. He made sure our system was up and running. We will defiantly be keeping rescue one for our AC maintenance here on out. He gave us recommendations and did not pressure us what so ever. Thank u for all the work

Shane came out for a tune up and set up a maintenance plan that was very reasonable. Work was done fast and he was very courteous and professional would definitely recommend this company and service plan.

I had rescue one come to my home today , they had called me because i was a new owner and rescue one had free as tune up for new home owners. I did think everything was ok with the unit i was told by the sellers that the unit was 6 years old . Shane come to the door was very professional and courteous . Shane took the time to explain everything with how the ac unit was working and there was a problem,, the unit was very low on freeon and the coils was dirty,, he took the time fixed the problem there was a leak in the unit too . i really appreciate the time he took and wanted to make sure it was right and was quick to schedule and another service at no charge to send a tech out in a week to make sure everything was still right and make sure the ac unit is still fixed and working as is should. I have had other ac guys come out to service and or do a ac tune up and they ussually...

5 days ago this company installed a new thermostat and now my breaker keeps tripping. My husband called to have a technician come out to fix it but was told, "they're booked and can't take anymore calls." My husband tried to explain that this is an emergency because I am SICK! I have MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS and heat can put me in the HOSPITAL! We paid $1,300 for a 5yr protection plan. And for what?! I'm now laying in my bed with fans on full blast with 3 ice packs trying to cool down. SHAME ON YOU, RESCUE ONE AIR!

Air conditioner wasn't working, 108 outside & a Friday evening. Had their guy, Shane, out within a hour! Shane was very professional, polite & had the problem fixed within half an hour. Great company & I would highly recommend them!

Had a bad first experience and left a very bad review but definitely have a change of heart. Got a phone call from the owner and he did everything in his power to make things right. I find it very sincere that he went out of his way to reach out to me. Absolutely incredible and you do not see this type of service at all these days. Giving rescue one a 5 star rating because they care and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied and set for the summer heat. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone!

Recently purchased a home and I get solicitation phone call after another. I get a telemarketing call for Rescue One and I politely decline and ask to be placed on the "DO NOT CALL" list. I have been getting calls almost weekly since I purchased my home 7 months ago. I already reported to BBB. STOP CALLING ME!!!

Update 06/03/2020: No calls for a year plus now and an apology has been accepted. Thank you to the owner for taking the time to look into this problem. I hope it will not be a problem with them or their call center to future potential customers.
