Scott came out to clean our air ducts. He's very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained everything thoroughly and gave suggestions on how to maintain cleaner air. I definitely recommend this company.

I'm adding to a previous review, we had the duct work cleaned. Now the man that came to do the work his name was Scott.
Scott was amazing new everything a man could know, he showed with video the cleaning he did WOW. So Scott cleans what you don't see and shows you, answers all questions and let me tell you it's ugly what's in your duct work.

We have been on their maintenance program for a few years now, every visit seems to get better.

Simply put they check all the boxes on customer service WOW. After Dean, Ivan, Jose and Ernie finished cutting, sawing, drilling, turning our front area into an industrial park, when the work was done, which only took a few hours to install 2 AC's and 2 Furnaces...

Had a great experience with Scott McFarland from Rescue One Air. He came in to clean my ducts and went above and beyond what was expected. Additionally, he provided some great insight on maintenance and basic upkeeps to my unit. Overall pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend

Scott came to clean my vents and ducts today. He did an awesome job of cleaning and took time to explain to me what he was doing with each step and why he was doing it. Just had my new Carrier unit installed by Rescue One Air. It's so much quieter than my old unit!! it was an A+++ experience from start to finish! Give them a call before the weather gets hot!!! The installers did a fabulous job!!!

We were contacted by Rescue Air for a free service of checking out our heating and cooling system on our 16 year old home, that we had recently purchased Knowing full well that it was the original equipment and we only owned the house a year we did reviews of the company before agreeing to have them look at our system.
After looking at the pictures of the inside and test results of our system we decided to upgrade to a better and more efficient unit. Glad we did.
Darren was our first personal contact and was professional and straightforward about what would work best for us and wanted our input. We agreed on a system and a fair price. The new unit was installed the next day due to this being off season, and they have the manpower to do the work efficiently and professionally.

Quick service and great communication!

We’ve been customers for 2.5 years. Every tech that come for maintenance has been amazingly professional, polite, and informative. Most recently, our furnace and AC was replaced, and Hector and the other installer were phenomenal. Today, Scott was out for a duct and vent cleaning. Another fanatic employee. Pictures of work before and after, friendly, and easy to talk with.

Scott and Josh came out today to clean the vents in our house. They did an excellent job going above and beyond to get everything just right. Very satisfied.

Shane R came out this afternoon and performed my yearly maintenance check up. He was right on time and explained how the system works to me again. I understand it better this time-than I did when it was installed. He was very thorough, friendly as I would have him in my home again.

I just had my yearly maintenance checkup on my System. My technician, Shane R, was prompt, very knowledgeable about the system, answered my questions and was very polite and friendly. I actually know more about it now than I did initially!

Brandon did a great job for us! He took the time to educate us on the 3 HVAC units we have and all the issues he observed. He corrected all the issues and was very courteous and professional.

Scott was out to our house today. He was very polite and very efficient. It as a pleasure having him clean the ducts today.

We’ve been customers of Rescue One for a few years now. They are always amazing! Excellent customer service, they come check on our unit to make sure it’s ready for each season, and we had our entire system replaced by them earlier this year. Scott cleaned our ducts today, and was great! He was very polite, thorough, explained everything he was doing, and was patient with my kids running running around and asking 3,000 questions. We had a large piece of furniture delivered to our front door while he was here and he even was so kind to move it inside for me before he left. We highly highly recommend this company!

My experience with rescue one air was a really good one. The tech Shane that helped us out was very informative and nice. Highly recommended for anyone.

Ernesto came to help us with finding out why our heater wasn't working. He was courteous, hard working, found the problem, heard our concerns and communicated his next steps and the follow through that would occur.

Both Scott and Josh spent all of Saturday cleaning our ducts and vents after a post construction project at our office. Not only were they extremely thorough but very pleasant to work with. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Brandon has been to my house twice to do service check-ups on my rooftop unit. He has always conducted himself professionally, been completely honest with me and didn't try to sell me anything that wasn't absolutely needed.
