Shane came and fixed my unit. Can't believe it. It's so old I thought it was done. He's got a great heart and rescue one needs to make sure they keep him. Thank you

I’m so appreciative of Rescue One Air, from the maintenance rep, customer service agents, to the installers. I replaced two AC units, and got all new duct work. The complete process took two days, which is impressive during these Covid times. All expectations set by Rescue Air were exceeded. I want to personally recommend Shawn Scott and Josh for any duct cleaning jobs.

Scott was amazing! He was very thorough while cleaning our ducts, vents, and coils. He went so far as to remove each vent and clean it with soap and water so that they looked brand new! Scott vacuumed the dark depths of our cooling system that I've never seen before - and that have likely never been cleaned in 30 yrs. He took the time to educate me on our AC system, and now we know how to better maintain it in the future... Overall, Scott was very professional, knowledgeable and beyond helpful.. he provided stellar service and we will certainly ask for him again!

I reviewed companies after getting coupons and narrowed it down to Rescue One Air and I feel that I made the best choice. Shortly thereafter, I also got a full house duct cleaning and was delighted again. Scott was friendly, professional, thorough and simply wonderful. Every step of the way, he explained the process and provided photos of before and after.

They have always been responsive . Way faster then 10 other ac companies. I bought my seer 22 with them. It's great except for all the problems. Still 5 star to this company hands down. I hope we can work together and get the last problem solved. Always on fan doesn't work at any setting for more then a few minutes.

Amazing service and an outstanding team. Been using these guys as my go to ac people for years and they have always taken good care of me. They were here on the appointed day and time to do the install... while my ac was down they provided me with some portable units to help try to keep the heat down.... instalation went off with no problems and now my house is cooler than it ever has been... couldn't be happier

This was our first time using Rescue One Air. Our Home Warranty company was incredibly slow on finding a technician so we had to find one to repair our AC and the amazing reviews are why we chose Rescue One. We were recommended to Jonathon by a friend and he did not disappoint what so ever. He was very responsive and was spot on with the appointment time. He never rushed to get the job done and move on. He took his time, made sure we understood what was done to fix our unit, and was incredibly detailed when helping us explain it to our warranty company. He was incredibly empathetic and has followed up with us after the repair because our warranty company didn't cover the repairs. He was able to help us even further with some of he benefits that Rescue One offers based on the price we paid for our repairs. This was our very first experience with Rescue One and Jonathon and I can tell...
