Shane was great! A/C went out on a Sat evening and he came out that same night to fix unit. He arrived quickly and was very efficient. It was a hot day in May! Thank you Rescue One Air & Shane!

The tech was Joe and he was very helpful, professional. He showed me and took the time to explain the service he was performing and even explained to me certain things that would add to the life of my unit. I would highly recommend Rescue one, no pressure, just great service.

Our tech, Scott, was very helpful. While he could have easily pushed a new unit on us, he was honest and transparent about the condition of our ac. We are grateful to work with honest people.

WOW! I don't typically write business reviews, but I was so impressed by the service call that Rescue One Air Heating & Cooling did this afternoon, I would be remiss not to provide some feedback. We had the privilege of meeting Scott, who introduced himself to the whole family - even Buddy, the dog.

Scott then explained the way our AC system functions to my boys (9,5) and I and took the time to show me areas for improvement and maintenance.

There was a problem with the air conditioner not starting. Scott arrived as scheduled and diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced the part and performed other diagnostics on the system. He was explanatory in what he was doing and why. He double checked all measurements and made sure everything was performing well before leaving. Grateful to Scott for his service expertise.

Shane came on a Saturday to fit my schedule. Explained everything that needed to be replaced and why and also recommended an air purifier that we very much needed. He was not pushy and let everything be my decision no matter how many questions I had. If it’s my choice he will be the only tech to service my home. 10 stars Shane!

We purchased a service contract with rescue one in 2019, and have used it twice. Today we called at 7:00 a.m. because we had smelled something burning when the air conditioner came on the night before. We had a repairman arrive at 8:30 a.m. the same day. Our technician (Silas) replaced our air handler motor the same day. Very impressed with the service and feel we got our monies worth out of the contract.

Scott was great! He did a routine maintenance call. But w told him we've been having issues with the back room not getting cool. Scott figured it out for us and now the back room is getting cool. He also cleaned the dust off the vents in the ceiling. Yes, we could have done that but it was very much appreciated that he took care of that. Overall, great experience! Thanks Scott!
