Travis did an amazing job and showed me everything that was wrong. Took pictures and even showed me the system and what is the problem. Highly recommended I would trust Travis with any ac unit and will definitely recommend

When my tenants called to notify me that their A/C wasn't working and it was mid summer in Phoenix, I immediately contacted Rescue One Air. They sent Matthew over first thing in the morning and he fixed the problem quickly. Matthew suggested that I purchase a new thermostat since the current one is quite old. He told me to contact him if I have any other questions/problems. I did call him when my new thermostat started putting out heat, instead of cold. He was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem over the phone.
I have been using Rescue One Air for several years now. They have always been professional and gone above and beyond. I highly recommend Matthew and Rescue One Air.

Great experience with RescueOne! Darren was able to fix my A/C unit while I waited for a new one. Dean, AJ, and Ivan did a fantastic job on install day, and they are truly pros at what they do.

Would recommend RescueOne to anyone who is looking for a partner in their Heating & Air Conditioning journey.

My capacitor went out on my older unit, and Travis was able to fix it quickly and share some pearls about keeping A/C units from overheating in the summer. He did a fantastic job!

Had an issue with the drainage line for a furnace in a 3rd floor apartment.. Scott from Rescue One was able to clear the issue with compressed CO2 .. !

Hector was the the technician assigned to my home and he was very diligent very professional and and knowledgeable He made me feel very comfortable with all the work that he did for my unit and I will definitely ask for him to work on my air conditioning unit again I definitely recommend rescue one air and Hope to be using them for any future issues. I always appreciate having Scott come out to my house for semi-annual service. He is thorough and spends adequate time explaining the diagnostics and systems.

Our A/C quit in the middle of the night. We texted rescue one and they got a hold of us first thing in the morning. Scott came out and got our A/C running again in no time. He was incredibly friendly and happy to answer questions. Explained to us what had happened and what he needed to do to fix it. Very professional and techs like him are why we trust rescue one air.

First and foremost when others like Chase Roberts are firmly 5 days out on relatively straight forward blower motor replacement and didn't as much as give a second look into alternative solutions, rescue one air managed same day diagnosis and repair.
Scott ended up being my technician for this job and was on time or earlier than expected both times. Scott explained the diagnosis and provided me options that would work with my individual needs . We delayed one day so I could get the OEM blower motor and not use aftermarket parts. Following day all the parts showed up and I was ready to rock and roll by 10am.

Scott , jes and the entire staff were friendly, on time informative and professional.
In the end the a/c is ice cold my dogs are comfortable and sleeping and I feel good about the repairs about the service provided. I'll continue using rescue ones service

The techs are masked and with booties. Drop cloths are used. The work area is left clean and neat. The techs are also polite, professional, and well organized.
They get the job done right.

We had an intermittent problem that was causing our A/C to shut down for hours at a time. Scott came late in the evening and helped get our A/C system back working when we needed it most. I called for services and Scott was at our door within 40 min. He was very personable, friendly, and educated our family on the services he provided. We thought we would have to purchase a new air conditioning but Scott was able to fix the problem with ease. We were very lucky to have Scott as our technician and look forward to continuing services in the future!

Scott was awesome he checked out my ac unit and had to replace a capacitor which will help with lowering my electric costs and running my unit. He was very informative on what I need or do not need for my unit and also helped me change my filter was due and I appreciated he kindness and professionalism.

Our A/C unit went out at our new build. I called this company that works with my A/C’s manufacturer. The wonderful lady I spoke with was so caring and compassionate. She advised of the manufacturer warranty as well as our builder’s. Ultimately, the builder covers the service, but once the warranty is over, I will be using this company for any HVAC needs. Wonderful first impress and customer service.

I have used Rescue One for quite a bit of stuff and they are great about calling to remind, and getting people out to you ASAP. Most recently this past Thursday Scott came and saved our lives. We thought we were losing AC coolness and they got someone out to us literally an hour later. So grateful for these people.

My parents had a bad experience and we called to inform them about the situation and they informed us someone would come out and handle everything. That’s when Shane showed up and literally handled everything! And reassured us that everything was token care of. Great man and good company.
