Very positive experience! Scott came out last night when our A/C wasn't working, he's asked a few questions and got right to work! He was able to quickly diagnose then get to fixing the issue. He kept us informed and answered all our questions making sure we were satisfied and everything was working great before he left.

Courteous, professional and friendly. Scott was also able to fix the rattling of one of the air ducts. Rescue One installed two new units for me six years ago and I have had them perform regular maintenance checks twice a year. Highly recommend this company.

Recently had Shane come out for semi-annual preventative maintenance. I was curious about if they did duct work too and he recommended duct cleaning and sealing since our ducting were original to the home and were designed for a swamp cooler and unsealed. He got us set up with financing and reasonable rates.

The aircon we got from them 2 years ago now was well worth the investment.

My AC quit working on a 111 degree day at about noon. I called Rescue Air and got a tech visit scheduled the same day. Elias found the problem was a frozen up system. He was able to make a temporary repair and got it working for the evening. The next day he came back with Hector and they installed a new damper motor which is the permanent fix. It is working great and we are very comfortable again in our home. Highly skilled, fast and professional. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Owner took care of an issue for me & has been good to his word on my issue. Yeah, I don't need a new air conditioner as I was told. Just a little freon. Jason, thank you so much for making things right. Integrity & honest service is what it's all about. Hector & Elijah were great.
