Scott was great at introducing us to the neighborhood. He did a thorough job in explaining everything and letting us know areas of concern. He offered some options and services but didn’t push for anything.

This company sent their technician whose name was hector came out to our house to fix our heating problem upon doing so noticed it was our thermostat and wasn't a heating issue it was our thermostat not only did he fix it he also pointed that out system was under warranty by carrier and we shouldn't have been charged for a motor that was charged by another company because our system was under warranty he could have lied and said it was our heater and charged accordingly he was honest saved usoney plus explain to me how to get my money back from the other company this tech had integrity and honesty and represented his company with the two things I expect when dealing with any business he gave it to the fullest kudos hector your company has my entire family s business from this day forward and showed us how not to get ripped off again thank you RESCUE ONE AIR and especially to his tech...

Scott came to our heating system check-up a little early ( called first ) and checked our furnace, replaced our filters and cleaned the outside air filter. Very professional and thorough and explained everything he did and what might be needed later.

Scott was wonderful; I knew the minute he came in the door that he had been here before. He is friendly, caring and a great personality. He explained what he had done, changed our filters, cleaned up any area with dust or debris and was all around terrific.

Travis was very informative and thorough throughout the inspection process and offered suggestions to optimize the hvac system.

Scott McFarland was very in depth in his explanations and told us of a great insurance to buy that will cover our A/C and Heating units for the life of the manufacture warranty, another 8.5yrs for labor and gas/fluid..Good deal
