Matt from Rescue One Air did a phenomenal job. I hired this company a few years ago to do maintenance every six months and they are professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable! I highly recommend this company for all air conditioning and heating needs.

Had Travis come out today to do our normal maintenance, he was very professional and I felt like he valued my time and property! He did a thorough job doing the check up on my unit and explaining to me what he saw while he was doing it. Made some well explained recommendations for the future of the unit and made me feel like it was my decision on anything moving forward. Thanks a bunch and highly recommended this company!!

We’ve used Rescue One Air for over a year now, they installed a new unit, air scrubber, ducting and even cleaned the old ducts. Every interaction I’ve had with their techs has been a pleasant experience. They are courteous, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Today’s 6 month service checkup was no exception, Josh went above and beyond with us today and we hope that the next time we need Rescue One Air, he’s the man they send.

Scott came today on an inspection visit. He was knowledgeable, careful and worked his way through both heating and air conditioning, neither of which had previous inspection. He discovered one issue, which he resolved.

Heating stopped working this morning when I went to turn it on, nothing happened. AC was the only thing working. Josh was out from Rescue One Air and got it fixed immediately! Josh was professional and explained everything he was doing in perfect detail so I could understand. Great service and will be using them for all my cooling and heating needs.

Scott McFarland did a great job for coming in to do the inspection and helped us avoid a fire hazardous. I will record he to my peers.
