Time for our regular heater maintenance service. We had the pleasure of meeting Clayton. Introduced himself and explained the process of checking our heater. He also talked to us about the insulation in our attic. He explained insulation should be at specific level and he notice the insulation in our attic was low. We asked questions about the insulation process and Clayton was more than happy to answer our questions. He provided pictures of our attic and explained the process if we decided to have it done. Yes, we will have the insulation in our home done. Thank you, Clayton, for your excellent customer service, taking the time to explain the insulation process and for answering all my questions. Thank you Clayton and Rescue One.

Wayne was amazing! He got here super fast, explained everything as he went. Very reliable. Very impressed with this company. They will now be our go to for future repairs and services.

Ray was at my house today for a routine maintenance call. He was very thorough and checked my a.c. He also killed a big spider up in my attic. I was pleased with his maintenance check. Good Work Ray

Great customer service.

Randy was great! I told him my concerns about my previous summer electrical bills being higher than normal, and he suggested a digital motor as the previous motor was drawing to much power. He also looked in the attic to see if there were any spots that could use more insulation. Excellent service!

Rescue One is by far the best AC, heating and plumbing company I’ve ever had. Alex always does a great job and is like the Parker And Sons commercial Joe who provides help at other problems I may have.

HVAC system install

Jason and Nate were great. Worked around my dogs, made sure they were secured when I was stuck on work calls and even let them outside when they finished installing the AC unit. They also explained the new thermostat, helped set it up and were all around great guys!

We are delighted that we found Rescue One Air, they definitely rescued us.
I originally called them because I needed an independent opinion about some duct repair work as I had received conflicting opinions from some other companies. Joshua did a thorough check and said he could repair the system at a much lower cost than we had originally been quoted.
We were impressed with his knowledge and so we had him give us a quote to replace our 19 year old A/C which was also far more competitive than we had been quoted before.
Juan and his team arrived at 8.30 the next morning and worked tirelessly all day. Everything was installed smoothly and without a hitch.
I will certainly recommend them in the future.

Juan and Carlos did a great job! They took the time to clean up and disposed of the plastic I hung up to protect my clothing in the closet, and vacuumed after. Juan reviewed everything with me the new thermostat. Which was very much appreciated. They both very professional and cordial.

We were totally rescued by Wayne. He was very knowledgeable and courteous, and he got us back up and running in no time.

Excellent service from Clayton. Changed our filters since I dont like hubby to get on ladders. He took pix of our filters and equipment and showed us with explanations. We have been with Rescue Air for 5 years. We strongly recommend them.

Very thorough, friendly. I don't love the sales pitches. I bought a new system 1 yr ago with 10 yr parts and service warranty. Shouldn't need anything for a while. Might consider that customers have chores and errands to attend to.
