Had my recent visit for the air conditioning check up and maintenance. They did wonderful! The tech that came to my house named Scott was very polite and very professional. Had a very positive experience with him.

Scott and Matt are very pleasant, helpful, and friendly, while still efficiently going about their work. They are on time, polite, clean up afterwards, and spend the time with us to go over what they did, as well as go over any notes about the system and suggestions to help us take proper care of it. Additionally, they remember our family, previous visits, and work done. I highly recommend this company and these two techs.

Scott with RescueOneAir was amazing! As a new home owner, he was extremely helpful, walked me through most of everything going on with my heating & cooling. While he went through, he explained it easy enough that I could understand and learn! Looking forward to working with Scott in the future!

Highly Recommend this company if you are looking!! Josh came out today to service our maintenance and he was kind, efficient and very helpful. He had great recommendations as to what would be the most beneficial for our home. He was great!! We purchased a new AC unit through Rescue One Air and the entire process was easy and seamless! We also purchased the maintenance plan through them and it is definitely worth it!

Josh did a great job servicing our HVAC unit. He was very respectful and thorough.

John came over to do some service on my new unit because it was not sending any power to my thermostat, so he quickly figured out the problem and now my unit works well. These people are always very friendly to work with and get the job done.

Our Air Conditioning went out in the heat of summer and we were unable to get a new unit from anyone. Rescue One was truly the only team to come to the Rescue as they were the only ones to suggest the right fix!Our AC Unit wasn’t completely broken yet and without this advice we would’ve had to get a hotel and our house would’ve sat at over 100 degrees!
