My family and I are so grateful to partner with Rescue One Air! I called for service bright and early on a Sunday Morning and John was in my home before noon, furthermore he drive all the way from Casa Grande! He was knowledgeable, made sure to explain the issue in a comprehensive manner, and solved the issue quickly. I couldn’t be more grateful for John’s kindness, professionalism, and dedication to his work. Thank you to John and the Rescue One Team for making sure we were taken care of during the excessive heat, here in the Phoenix summer!

Got to us the very next morning …when others couldn’t fit us in until two weeks from the time we called in ARIZONA in August… Great experience and that’s something to say about an Air conditioning company. Matthew was intelligent informative and actually experienced and knowledgeable. Mathew gave us multiple options while being completely candid. We will use them again.

Thank you for turning what would have been a horrible experience (with a home warranty) into something much better. Your employees are a pleasure and easy to interact with, from each one answering calls (sorry to have not gotten names) to those providing service in the field. Our ac system stopped working and even with record high temperatures it’s a big decision to purchase a new one. Caleb was truly awesome in every way from beginning to end, and Dean and Ryan, the install techs were great as well. We are looking forward to continued service from your company.

Shane came to our house on a Sunday. He was super helpful and nice. Fixed our problem super quick, and was able to explain what was wrong, and what he did to fix it.

Incredible experience with Rescue One Air! I had two problems with my AC system that they were able to troubleshoot and repair all in the SAME day! Caleb Graver is an incredible technician! Not only did he know what the problem was on two different service calls but actually had the parts in stock and with him! Both problems solved the same day on each service call! I can’t thank Caleb and the folks at Rescue One Air enough. Bottom line, this company was there for me when I needed them most and at the worst heat conditions this summer. When they say 24hrs service, they mean it!!!

Shane arrived during the scorching Arizona peak heat hours, demonstrating remarkable respect, honesty, and knowledge. Rather than being pushy with a sales pitch, he left me with insightful reflections, which proved invaluable as a newcomer to the Arizona desert.

Our AC stopped working, and Mathew Z was the tech that came out to help us. He was awesome! He's knowledgeable and patient; he made sure to explain how the system works and what was going wrong. They came the same day and fixed our air conditioner. Caleb did a great job, he was professional, respectful, and friendly. Just wanted to add that John came and serviced our unit the next day. Unfortunately, we had to replace the entire air conditioner, but he stayed late and helped us with the process. He was very professional and knowledgeable about how we could work through our new order and the associated service. Great company to work with!

We called at 11:00 am and they had us up and running again by 5:30 the same day. At this time of year this is great service and we really appreciate the effort. A special thanks to Hector.

Shane was awesome! He took the time to explain the whole process to me with drawings and pictures of my unit. He was upfront about the severity (or lack thereof) for each issue so that I coukd make informed decisions. I felt respected rather than like he was just trying to sell me something. (He even took time to help the dogs acclimate to him so that I wouldn't have to lock them up while he worked.) What a refreshing change of pace to deal with a local, family owned business- honest, kind, and trustworthy!

Our AC went out Sunday night. I was able to request service online, which I liked. Customer service returned the call early in the morning and was able to send someone out in 30 minutes. John identified the issue quickly, and the repair was reasonably priced. He was thorough and gave us good tips on maintenance. Prevention would've saved us money!

We woke up to our 4 ton RTU spazzing completely out and sounding like it had seen better days. We called in, explained our issue and they sent us an extremely knowledgeable and personable tradesman by the name of Hector within the hour. He alleviated our troubles within minutes and kept us informed throughout; all whilst being professional and safe. A hugeThank you to Caleb and Rescue One Air Team. I was without AC over a year in my home. Went through many changes to get repaired, never received only a bill warranty company went out of business. I contact Rescue One Air spoke with Caleb he was here the next day. Caleb he looked at AC unit inside and outside I needed a new AC with no warranty no money finance was offered my credit was to low. Caleb worked out a payment plan and the next day s team was here. This team worked through lunch until a brand new unit was completed. I and my grandchildren now have reliable good cool AC within 24 hours. Caleb and Rescue One Air Team is the best I've ever known. I recommend anyone to this company there is no other like it. Had a service appointment for Rescue One Air to come out and inspect my HVAC and heating system. Thankfully I had the service plan, and even though I was in the process of selling my home and sold my plan with the home, Rescue One Air still allowed me to utilize the plan since the house was still in my name.

John came over to the house, quickly identified I needed a new capacitor. He changed the part and even cleaned my coils. This happened the day before I was scheduled to close, the buyers; new to AZ, were still not satisfied with the results. John went above and beyond, going back to my house to educate the buyers on how the HVAC works. He provided me with the details I needed to communicate back to my agent, ensuring we were just dealing with people who didn't have an understanding of HVAC systems and extreme heat. I can't express how awesome Rescue One Air was...

Capacitor went out late sunday...called right back. And 1st thing monday morning checking back. Others hadn't even bothered. Caleb is absolutely awesome. House was 90, 11 on Sunday and projected 112 today. It was making me I'll, and I just got home from hospital....they rock
