I am extremely grateful to Caleb Garver and your team who helped my 85 year old mom replace her heating and air conditioners. Since I don't live in the area, I was concerned with finding a good reliable company and I am very impressed. Caleb didn't put pressure on my mom and he took the time to explain options and equipment to her. She told me the insulation went very smoothly and the crew did a wonderful job cleaning up when they were done. Having my mom at ease with this whole process made me very happy and put my mind at ease as well. Since I couldn't be there, I am very grateful there area still great people and companies like yours that still believes in Customer Service. Thank you again!!

Rescue One has been my a/c company of choice for about 5 years now. They do all my seasonal checks and do a great job. No high pressure. Darren was out this week and checked out our heater and answered all my questions. They’re always on time and very professional. Have been very pleased with the company and all their employees and I have recommended them numerous times.

Matt came through, friendly as always, made sure everything was working before he left and had a smile on his face the whole time! Can't wait for him to come back this summer for maintenance 😊

Caleb was honest & professional from the minute he walked in the door. Different options were explained & the end result was my choice. He wasn’t pushy at all & on the day of installation he kept in touch with me the whole time until the project was finished.

Randy Callan came to do my Winter Maintenance today! He was efficient, and so nice! He took care of all my concerns!

Randy did a great job servicing our units and even went back up in the attic to double check the duct work to a certain room. We bought our units through them and have continually been impressed with their follow up services and support.

My service representative Matthew has consistently steppes up his game, skills, knowledgeable and attentive. I would like to see some improvement with the phone support. But consistency of one on one in person interaction has always been consistent. Thank you

1/2/2024. This company is truly is exceptional! Special thanks to Alex for following up on what he agreed and going the extra mile to provide us with the best solution possible. This company is awesome. Darren prepared the estimate, we accepted, and then he promptly climbed up on the roof and got our old unit running until it could be replaced. One week later Grant and Ivan showed up right on time and had the new unit up and running before noon. Other than the beautiful unit sitting atop the house, you would never know they had been here. These guys are professional as well as personable.

12/22/2023-From start to finish high praises Rescue One Air Heating & Cooling and their Employees. After receiving several estimates the Company that stood out as fair in price and sincere in providing th best product we could afford. The removal of of our 20 plus year old units through installation of our brand new central air and heating system I can honestly say was flawless. High praise for their salesman Caleb from the very beginning kept every promise made kept in communication until job complete. Oh and did I tell you all done to meet our schedule and needs. I highly recommend for all your heat and a/c needs.

After a year and a half with Rescue One Air servicing our old equipment, I finally decided to replace our HVAC system. I got a few other quotes , all the other companies gave me a price & then kept calling me with "newly discovered discounts" . I hate that kind of sales tactic- I'm not buying a used car ! Anyway, Caleb Garver from Rescue One came out to give us a quote. He was very thorough in his inspection of our house to determine the right equipment. Not a single one of the other guys walked thru the house & spent the time he did. Everyone else seemed like they were in a hurry to get us to sign up. I was impressed with Caleb's knowledge & his " no pressure" sales pitch. He gave us his best price the first time !

I’ve had great service for the last 6 years!

I have been using Rescue One Air for 3+ years and purchased and new AC unit. They were very competitive with unit/installation pricing. They continue to provide excellent customer service. Michal Hoover serviced my unit today and went above and beyond to figure out the issue. He shared pics with me and explained how he resolved the issue. I appreciate the professionalism, customer service and reasonable Pricing.

Matt was fantastic! He came out within 2 hours of us calling. He was efficient while working in the dark and with a little rain. Great conversation and very personable! Ask for Matt!!

Michael was the technician that performed a scheduled general check-up on my service plan for my A/C system today. He serviced and inspected my entire system. My Zone 1 A/C cooling wasn’t functioning correctly and he replaced a bad capacitor that prevented it from working. Michael is the best in my book. I recommend Rescue One Air.

Scott was great. He put a lot of time and passion in what he was doing. He did a good job to eliminating and finding what the problem was.

Scott D just completed a 6 month inspection of my a/c unit. He went through every area of the unit opened the a/c control panel and immediately noticed a half melted wire nut about to make contact with the unit frame. He tighten every wire and screw and replaced the wire nut preventing a possible fire. After that he clean the unit coils down. He did a great job.
