Josh Dixon Is great tech. He understood my concerns and issues with our HVAC and financial issues. He really put in the extra effort. I have been with Rescue One about 8 yrs. I am very pleased with his work and nice personality. I will probably be requesting him as a tech from now on.

I’m so glad that Adam was able to show me how to change my electrical filter filters with clear explanations, and he also was able to explain his procedure in taking care of my system and how to make it the best way to help my allergies. Adam was patient and answered all my questions. He showed me pictures of my system in the attic and explained the system on the outside and inside. He offered Cleaning options to help with my current system and my allergies. He is a valued employee. You are lucky to have him.

I absolutely LOVED Scott and Josh. They came on time, worked hard for several hours, left my home in pristine condition, and even changed out a couple of burned out lightbulbs on my 15 foot hall ceiling so I wouldn't have to get up on a ladder. Now THAT's SERVICE!!
