Jacob came out on a Saturday night after another company made us wait 3 hours and then didn't have a ladder to get on the roof. Jacob was helpful, professional, and extremely fair pricing. Will definitely be calling Rescue One Air again and not Parker and Sons.

Our AC went out this week. We called Rescue One, and Randy came to save the day (or should I say night since he came late at night to help us!!!) he was so polite, helpful, and got the job done. It is so nice in this day and age to get someone competent and kind to help in a crisis. Thank you!

So Jesse came today and did our Air Vent cleaning and I must say boy was he knowledgeable. He answered so many questions and I tell you what I had a lot he also went above and beyond for us an educated test on so many things that we never even knew. My house smells so fresh I can't wait for my allergies to die down because I'm telling you what he did a great job I can smell the difference I can feel the difference thank you so much again Jesse I wish I could leave more than a 5-star review this guy is amazing!!!!! ❤❤❤ Caryn and family!!!

I received my first service from Rescue One Air. Matthew was the one who came out to take care of the maintenance. Wonderful guy and knowledgeable in his field. He was very thorough in his explanation and answered all my questions. From scheduling to completing the job, everyone was wonderful to work with.

Jose and Jordan were wonderful! They installed our furnace and air conditioner very professionally. They were both very polite and worked straight through until completion!
