Called and they set a time and called me when tech was heading out way. Jacob was very nice and informative and fixed the AC in a short time. All in All, very responsive service.

David came out and helped replace the motor on my AC unit and very knowledgeable and helpful through the process. He even stayed until almost 10pm making sure everything was working.

Jacob just came out and saved the day and replaced the part we needed very quick!! 🙂

Tim - how lucky it is to has been that I had come across him . I had Tim and his business come for regular AC Maintenance about 12 years ago. From the min. I met him his professionalism, friendliness, and utmost respect for others and himself shine through his personality. And till this day remains the same everytime I talk and see him. The second you see him or his staff work you will immediately notice they know what they are doing and talking about. Through the years of maintaining my systems my home has aged and have ended up replacing the old units and attick component w two ser 17 train units. In 8 hours in the heat of AZ they were done !!! Wow . And the cost!!! Wow. There is no other company that can provide any service of their quality for the price.... Tim told me one time that he's is not out to get rich just out to make a difference and to help people. I mean really...

Our A/C stopped working early Sunday morning. I called Rescue One, a technician arrived to our home at 8am! Our A/C was up and running by 10:30am. David was our technician and he was fantastic! Thank you Rescue One!

Outstanding service! Our AC stopped working in the middle of the night and we needed a fast fix since we have two children under 4. The answering service was polite and fast. She said we’d receive a call around 7am the next morning to get on the schedule. That morning, almost to the minute, we received a call from Rescue 1 Air that a tech would be able to get to us around 10am. Shortly after that call we received better news that someone would be there sooner and he showed up around 9am. Dave was the technician who arrived and was amazing. He was polite to our kids who were very intrigued by his work and he worked quickly. He kept us informed about the issues he thought happened then confirmed we needed to have a motor replaced. Andrew was the technician who came to do the tune up of my air conditioning system. Andrew was very professional and guided me through the items that needed attention and maintenance on an older HVAC system. I have been a customer of Rescue One Air in the past and I am now a returning customer.

Josh Edwards did a fantastic job! Our a/c broke down and he was able to get it up and running quickly. He was very knowledgeable and his expertise was outstanding. He explain everything in detail so that I understand what was going on with the hvac. He took his time to show me what he saw and other maintenance that was needed so that I was aware. He fully explain the warranty and was so patient with my father. This is the company you should go to because they are fair and took care of us. We will be back because the manager worked with us. A/C was not blowing out cold air in my home,
I called rescue one air on Memorial Day and they had David out to my house with in the hour!! Very awesome and nice guy, who walked me through everything that was wrong and did everything to help make the process quick and easy!! I would highly recommend him and this company!
