Yesterday, I was fortunate to have serviceman Joshua E. come to my home to deal with a problem with one of my AC units. I discovered the issue on the weekend, phoned customer service, and got scheduled for a service call first thing Monday. As it turned out the unit was tripping because of a faulty part installed at my pre-summer checkup. The work was completed under warranty by this very capable serviceman - as he found a faulty part installed at my pre summer check-up. He also took the time to check the performance of my other unit while on site and ensure the same failure would not occur . I had entered into a Priority Maintenance Agreement in May and certainly appreciated its value on this call. I do want emphasize Joshua was superb throughout his visit to my home and his approach left me feeling I was in good hands. Joshua was calm, informed and extremely competent. Paul M

I had a fantastic experience with Rescue One Air. My whole AC unit went out mid July and they got my home cooled down with a new unit within 24 hours. All the staff was extremely kind and helpful, I would highly recommend the team to friends and family.

Our AC unit stopped blowing cold air in the middle of the night. I called Rescue One in the morning and got scheduled for the same day. Pat arrived early and was extremely polite and professional. He found, explained, and repaired all issues in a little over an hour. He offered me three reasonable price points before starting the repairs and didn't pressure me to choose anything I wasn't comfortable with. I'll be using Rescue One again.

My lovely wife and I have been satisfied Rescue One Air customers for many years. They installed and service our A/C. Recently we needed service on a Sunday. The young lady who answered the phone early that morning was very nice, understanding, friendly and helpful. Our service technician David Wright was outstanding. He never complained about the heat of day or having to help us on a Sunday afternoon. He told us it was his pleasure to be there and he was going to take good care of us and get us back up and running. He was professional, hard working, friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and nice. Guy is phenomenal. He was on time, he was polite , the ultimate professional, Guy answered all my questions in completely understandable jargon,,worked quickly yet seamlessly, even effortlessly. Great experience with Joel who explained and showed me all the issues we were having with our AC unit. The service was excellent and if we have any more issues I would not hesitate to utilize them again!!!!

Honestly I could not be happier with this company. We called late at night because our A/C had shut off. Sooooo many other companies either didn’t answer or couldn’t come out for days, which is fair because it’s the middle of summer in AZ! But not Rescue One. They were able to come out early the next morning and the technician, Jim, was as nice as could be! It turned out to be electrical and he didn’t even charge us. He gave us great advice and we were able to get the breaker changed out and the unit back running. He was so nice that we called him back out to do a once-over because it seemed to be working way too hard. He came out the following day and did such a thorough job of telling us what was going on and gave us lots of options. I can’t tell you how happy I am to have someone so kind and trustworthy working helping us!!! I will be recommending this company to everyone.

We researched companies and decided to go with Rescue One Air - they merged with cw air conditioning which is how we found them because they had great reviews on social media.

Jacob was our first experience who said he trained with CW and he was outstanding. But then we had Randy sent out the following week when our second one went out. A little disappointed that we couldn’t get the other tech again but we couldn’t believe that Randy was outstanding too! We ended up having 3 units replaced a few weeks ago and couldn’t have had a better experience. Jacob and Randy came out on separate occasions- they both were honest and helpful. Never pushed to sell - just gave options and answered all the questions we had - and we had a lot of questions. In the end, we decided to go and replace all 3 of our units. Excellent service all around. They answered the phone after the second ring on a Sunday! Out here in less than 30 minutes! The service fee was less than anyone else! The tech (Pat) fixed my issue in 15 minutes! Highest of recommendations!

David Wright was amazing. Three different AC companies attempted to repair my unit and failed. David came out diagnosed the problem did a temporary fix until the part could be fabricated. He’s a man of his word. I’ll be a Rescue One customer for life and always request David.

My technician, David, was absolutely AMAZING. I’ve been having problems with a new air handle that was installed two years ago by a company that went out of business. I called Rescue1 and they have been working with me as if they were the original installers. Calab D., Pat, and Brian have been working hard to find the issue and have provided outstanding customer service. I would recommend this company in the future for your A/C needs.

Duane showed up on time. Did a thorough cleaning on our unit in a timely manner. Recommended services needed for next time and was not pushy at all. Great service tech. I would recommend Rescue One Air to anyone.
