Did an excellent job for us in evaluating our air conditioning system.

Kelis was great, he was friendly and then he found some problems and fixed them right a way. I really appreciated everything he did for me thanks for sending him.

We had a problem with our AC units as there was a mysterious ticking / tapping sound that would start sporadically when the AC turned on. It was happening within the walls right by our headboard which was affecting our sleep. We called Rescue One Air and they were able to send someone quickly to investigate. Pat Edwards was great, he listened to our problem and was very thorough in investigating the cause inside and outside the house. He was able to shift and tighten some of the wires which ended up eliminating the noise. Thank you Pat!

Jacob was outstanding! He delivered clear explanations and shared great tips for future upkeep. His expertise was remarkable, and his work was thorough. The dispatchers in the office were also friendly and communicative. I would wholeheartedly recommend Rescue One Air!

I just had my first 6 month service after installation of my new A/C unit. Josh, the technician was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable & kind. I am absolutely thrilled with Rescue One Air & the service Josh provided.

Our ac went out on a Saturday afternoon. After calling a couple of other ac companies, including the one who installed the unit. Neither one could come out until Monday. We called Rescue Air and they were out here in about 1 1/2 hours. Fixed our system. Unbelievable they were here that fast. Matt was excellent, fixed our unit, explained the problem and cost.

Pat Edwards is a great service person who listens to the customers input and observations as attends to them. A very people’s friendly guy!

Had Tim and Eric come to our home today for a maintenance check on our air conditioning unit. Both were very polite, extra careful with ladders and did a great job of making sure our unit was running at great capacity. Rescue Air was a perfect choice. Thank you guys.

Alex was my favorite but now I must say, Randy has taken my place. He not only checked the air but he also reprogrammed our Nest. Actually, we really love Alex as well.
