AJ and Jason did a wonderful job sealing my AC vent and went above and beyond during the maintenance check. They noticed the additional room sensor was not placed, so they helped me install the sensor to even out the temperature in my guest bedroom. Thanks again!

We recently purchased a new AC unit from Rescue One after our 6 year old unit died. The process has been good. Today was our follow up appointment to make sure the system was working well. AJ and Jason were the techs today who did the follow up. They were excellent! Its nice to see Rescue One uses such good techs that know what they are doing.

Rescue One installed my heat pump in January. From initial quote to installation everything went well. Today their technicians Pat and Christian came to do the tuneup. They explained everything before and after the work. I am impressed with their professionalism

Update to the update: Silas came out and was able to fix the issue very quickly. There was a switch ch ybat was not pushed in so the system wasn't getting any power.

UPDATED: AC no longer works. This was just supposed to be a routine check and now the system won't work at all and there is a concerning smell in the house that's become worse over the course of the day.

This company is top notch in knowledge, customer service and dependability. My AC system was back up and running with a clean bill of health in less than 24 hours of scheduling. Jacob is a good asset and a perfect example of a company man. No gimmick, no pressure to replace like other company’s out there. I was presents with options and repair is what fit my current budget. Jacob treated the wife and I just like we were family and with respect. These days that’s a rare trait to find.
