Josh Edwards did a fantastic job! Our a/c broke down and he was able to get it up and running quickly. He was very knowledgeable and his expertise was outstanding. He explain everything in detail so that I understand what was going on with the hvac. He took his time to show me what he saw and other maintenance that was needed so that I was aware. He fully explain the warranty and was so patient with my father. This is the company you should go to because they are fair and took care of us. We will be back because the manager worked with us. I used this company to install two new Carrier Brand Performance Series units in 2020 after my worthless Lennox units couldn't gimp along anymore after a mere 7 years( and mutiple costly repairs). Unfortunatley these Carrier units aren't really performing any better. Capacitors went out in 2023, and now the two stage compressor in one of the units is already done here in 2024. The compressor was covered under the parts warranty but the labor wasn't(just like the Lennox units) which was an out of pocket cost of 2240.00. I find it to be absurd that the new units can't run for 4 years without having a major repair issue especially at their high installation costs. My wife and I both expressed my dissatisfaction over their performace to the tech, over the phone, and then again in my inital review. I figured it was time to find a new company again. Their tech David was very professional and helpful in explaining my system needs and upgrading to new duct work to maximize the efficiency of the unit. I highly recommend RescueOne Air. I have been using this company for 4 years. They come on time, are efficient, are not in a rush, pricing seems reasonable and have done little extras. When there is an issue, they really work hard to get to the root of the issue and do a good job explaining what it is. Other companies try to upsell, but I haven’t experienced that with Rescue One. My last visit was with Matt and Richard and they like the others, seemed very professional and consumer-focused.
