Rescue One has always been great for us. Wayne Keith was the technician who came out today to inspect the HVAC for the Winter. He was polite, timely and patient with all our questions. He did a great and thorough job explaining the system to us and its current performance and condition. We were very happy with this semi-annual visit.

The only reason why I did not give five stars is approximately two months prior to this call, the same problem happened, which was a clogged condensate drain line. The line is located inside the condo not outside. Seemed very strange that the same line would get clogged in a two month period. I think the price for coming out again to do the same job should have been at a much reduced rate or under warranty!

Caleb Garver represented the company providing several options for replacing our air conditioning and heating system.
The lead installer Jose led the team through a successful installation in one day. The install team worked efficiently and cooperatively, consulting with me for occasional decisions for the installation.
We discovered the AC failure Wednesday night, called Rescue One Thursday morning and turned on our new system Friday afternoon. Could not be more pleased with the entire operation.
For our subsequent service visit, RaeQuan Hicks arrived early which made this maintenance inspection even better. He quickly got to work starting inside checking filters first and finishing with attic unit and then outside at the compressor. His report and inspections were thorough and fast, he offered two improvements that were both good ideas.

Jesse was here on time, and he did a great job. Highly recommended.
