Jason and Nate did an amazing job on my ac unit install!

First thing I would like to say is that this company genuinely makes you feel like they care about their customers and listen to your concerns. My husband and I had an a/c emergency a day and a half before we were to go out of town and were so stressed out because we didn’t know what we were gonna do. We had a brand new ac unit installed a year and a half ago with another company and started having issues with it. The first people who came out to tell us what was wrong , gave us a very high quote with no other options to try and help us out. I wanted to cry. My husband and I were just not comfortable with the service and information he gave us so told him we would get back to him . We wanted a second opinion so I found Rescue One air online and saw they had 24:7 emergency service so I called and spoke with a lovely lady who answered was so helpful and showed compassion for...

Pat did a great job

Javan was awesome. He replaced our evaporator coil in an expert fashion. Not only did he do the repair work, but he cleaned up his work and made everything look just like it was before he started pristine condition.

Jason and Nate did phenomenal! I hope they are still around in 20 years when I need another new AC unit.

Pat did a great job and fixed our issue promptly. He provided a simple explanation of what went wrong and the work he would do. We have used rescue one a few times and have always had a positive experience.

Our HVAC unit was making a terrible noise when they compressor would kick on. It was so loud that it would wake us up in the middle of the night. After contacting rescue air, Pat showed up promptly the next morning. He identified the problem in about 10 minutes. A previously installed capacitor had been attached to the unit with a zip tie. Pat reattached the starting capacitor firmly to the unit with a plumber strap. Presto!! The annoying noise was gone. This guy knows what he is doing! Pat is a valued representative for Rescue One, and a terrific asset for the company. I hope we don't have any issues in the future, but if we do Rescue One is at the top of our contact list and hopefully Pat Edwards will be be dispatch to address our issue.

Got an offer for discounted service and called to set up an appointment. The call was quick and easy. Pat showed up this morning at the expected time and after getting the layout went right to work. He went about checking the system and after he found everything in good working order went right to work on servicing/cleaning the unit. Pat was professional and knowledgeable. I was extremely pleased with Pat and Rescue One Air, Heating and Cooling.

Called Rescue one air for a replacement quote. Darren came by to discuss my needs, he was very knowledgeable and helped with my decision to purchase and install a new system. Darren worked with me on price and options and the next day Jason and Nathan showed up and did a fantastic job installing my new system. They were clean and after a long hot day in my attic I have a brand new system to keep my family comfortable for many more HOT Arizona summers. We had our outside AC unit go out and called our Home Warranty about the issue, they scheduled us for the next week... We called Rescue One and they sent over Pat Edwards the next morning and he took care of us! Great man, he answered all of our concerns. Great customer service and response time, I always recommend Rescue One air for all home owners.
