Had Jesse and Chris from Resue One Air out to install a new AC Unit. I could tell they knew what they were doing. They worked so hard. They sent me pictures of everything they did so I could see their work. They answered my questions and explained other thing for me. I was very impressed. They were very respectful and professional. Cleaned up afterwards.

He was early, friendly, professional, and polite with the dogs and coordination required. Very happy to have had him out today

Alex was on time, did an exceptional job. Pat was at the house several months before, accurately diagnosed the problem but couldn’t complete the repairs due to medical leave, so Alex came. These two fellas are a great example of the quality of work I have been receiving from Rescue One. They deserve some credit and I hope Rescue One would recognize them.

I had an outstanding experience with my A/C technician, Matt. From start to finish, he was incredibly friendly, efficient, and kind. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, showing just how knowledgeable he is about his work. Not only did he get the job done quickly and thoroughly, but he also made the entire process stress-free. I genuinely appreciate the level of care and professionalism he brought to the service. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone in need of A/C work—you won’t be disappointed!

Wayne was out today to do service on my AC, he went above and beyond. He helped me to get the app on my phone to be able to control my unit from anywhere. He had pictures of everything he did and explained everything in terms that were easily understood. Wayne is Very Professional. For all my future service calls I would like yo have Wayne come out.

I've only had one issue with Rescue One Air, but that was years ago with a tech they quickly realized didn't fit their values. My most recent AC service was completed by Matthew Z, and simply stated, he is awesome. I'll gladly continue working with Rescue One Air if he's the caliber of individual they continue to hire.

Brennen was excellent! Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He serviced and replaced items without any pressure to buy.

Matt has been here a few times over the years (I have a 5yr maintenance plan). Always on time, friendly, curteous, knowledgeable, shares feedback in a way I understand. I've asked he be the only tech to come out. Great job Matt!
