Rescue One Air did a wonderful job of educating me about my air-conditioning options and advantages of different units. I was impressed that their service team has annual training with the manufactures they sale and install so their knowledge and testing equipment is complete and up to date. Darren came out to look at our 15 year old unit and carefully went over options to fix or replace. We decided to replace rathe than patch our old unit. Dean and Mike installed the new unit 4 days later. I feel everything was carefully and professionally handed. Dean spotted a hole in our duct work and rather than leaving it repaired it. In March 2017 Resuce One came to my house to check my air and make sure I as ready for the summer. They now come every 6 months to maintain both my units.
Today my Tech was David S. He checked my units cleaned and inspected them for the coming up summer. He was professional, friendly and did a great job letting me know how my older units are performing for me.

Last week when it was super hot it was taking forever to cool my house. I called this company and they sent someone right out! I have been nothing but extremely impressed with the service, professionalism and personal attention we have received since using your company. We, first, bought our home AC upgraded unit a little over a year ago and had extra duct work installed in our sun room, so that we can enjoy the room during the summer. Even the workers they had to install the ducts were very professional, careful with our possessions and even worked well and were kind to each other. The last person to come out was David. It was our 6 month check on the unit. He was so personal and engaging with us, that we felt like he was family. Then we asked him to come back and installed a compressor saver we so enjoyed him in our home that we are thinking about buying a surge protector for our AC because David explained how important that is. And besides... we want an excuse to have him come back.

Rescue one air saved our buts. We had been dealing with a heating issue for three weeks and couldn’t get anyone from our home warranty company out. Once I had authorization from the warranty I asked a friend and they recommended rescue one air. I called and they got me an appointment that day... they sent a tech out. His name was Ivan. Super friendly guy and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was able to find the needed part and get it replaced.
